Withdrawl pendinf since 04/05/23. On 09/05/23 the casino closed my account as they said i was self excluded from one of their sister sites

Won originally already in May, they paid some of the winnings but 516€ is still there. I have delivered all documents they asked but haven’t heard from them since I sent the last document over a month ago.

Hello, I want to file a complaint about malinacasino and their operations. I have now done extensive research, I have also received help from a person who specializes in the casino world, I have found numerous loopholes in how I was treated when I was badly addicted to gambling. Now I want to bring these things up. Malinacasino belongs to the 7stars partners group, which includes many different casinos. On April 14, 2020, I asked to close my account at their casino and all sister companies. Malinacasino didn't block me, they pleaded that they can't block me until I register, that they don't have my personal data in their register and thus the block won't succeed. In June 2020, I managed to open an account at malinacasino and play several thousand euros within 2 months, I don't know exactly what amount it is because they don't give me my game history. The fact that they didn't have my personal information, This is a ridiculous fact because in 2019 I banned myself from their company yoyocasino due to a game problem, so I was in their register. Malinacasino does not agree to provide me with GDPR information. As the owner of Malinacasino, maltix ltd ignored the whole matter and said I need to contact the old owner araxio development n.v. This is also very strange because maltix ltd has been involved in 7stars partners from the beginning and araxio dv they have been partners from the beginning. Now the casinos are run only by maltix ltd. Nobody answers me neither maltix ltd nor araxio development n.v. Please help me, I think this is a clear funding of the game problem. I have all the documents on file. Maltix ltd has quietly reimbursed me for fruzmi casino deposits because I had to be protected at the casino there as well, they refuse to reimburse malinacasino's deposits.

My account was already validated however when I asked the sack began with a whole bureaucracy of documents were more than 8 emails all answered by me and sent everything correctly. Playing at Malina Casino my winnings were written of due to stated violation against bonus turnover requirements. The Terms & Conditions Malina refers to state that, if violated, ”bonus amount and it ́s derived winnings will be cancelled”. I challenge the decision since my winnings do not derive from any bonus. I also got confirmation in chat with Malina that I could withdraw deposit and winnings, but after confronting them with that fact they claim that chat is not an official source of information.

Used malinacasino for while, Wanted to withdraw money, they asked first for verification with my ID and bank statement, okay sent them and was waiting today to verify them. They replied that they want screenshots from neteller from LAST 3 MONTHS with all the 115 transactions which i made, provided them as well. Than they replied that they want screenshots from ECOPAYZ from LAST 3 MONTHS with all the 250 transactions which i made, provided again. Last they replied that they want screenshots from neteller and skrill accounts with the deposit/ withdraw of my accounts. SENT THEM as well and now waiting for their reply, to see what now they will make. The amount is really small for this casino, it's just 1450eur or something like it.
