_**I pretty much have an inquiry rather than a complaint. I had been conversing with the customer/player service through email for almost a 3 full days. They kept saying they couldn't link my account to the game platform, but according to the redemption center, they are now saying they have paid me out…but they haven't. There is no deposit pending. My question is: Does Lucky Land Slots have a bad reputation? And after all the continuous emails and time I put into their platform, is it common to have such an issue with being rewarded either from them or any other platform? Is it legal for them to keep giving me the run around as they did? I hope I explained this correctly. I register on luckyland slots.  I've made deposits and also withdrawal from them. I noticed when I tried to log on it keeps saying contact customer support! Having issues with them and chumba casino!

Between the dates of 3/17/24 and 3/20/24, I requested 5 redemptions to my bank account. I was sent 5 emails for each redemption stating that they were approved and sent for payment to my bank. Thus, they were no longer pending in my account. They are now telling me that all those redemptions to my bank were cancelled. I have been emailing them for 5 straight days and they never address the fact that they were sent for payment to my bank so they were not pending for me to have cancelled them. They are now telling me that someone accessed my account, which is not true and plus, once the redemptions are sent to my bank, no one should be able to cancel them because they are no longer pending. I have asked for copies of my transactions, game play history, and all redemptions and credits to my account, but they ignore me and won’t send them. They have now deactivated my account. I have made several attempts to collect the prize money that was legitimately won, but each time I have submitted the information, Luckyland would immediately find a reason to not accept my documents. The last document I submitted is still under review (apparently, when you submit a document that they do not dispute, they are not so quick with accepting your information). Now, they have sent me an email that says I must submit a blanket statement to them of my acceptance of their terms and conditions (there were NO attachments to the email and NO links to whatever Terms I am agreeing to). This is a Quid Pro Quo which is 100% illegal. They have now locked me out of my account and will not give me access until I send back my statement - again, I have NO idea what I would be agreeing to since there was no attachment or link in the email. I have more than $125.00 in my account, but at this time, I had only requested that amount. I do not know the actual amount in my account since they have locked me out.

They keep coming up with excuses not to pay me. First they needed more information from my PayPal, which I gave them. Then they kept saying it wasn't enough when it was exactly what they asked for. So I changed banks for the payment and then they said they don't support the bank I used. So I used another bank and they said they needed more information again which I gave them. And still denied it. So I went back to PayPal and now they stop responding.

i have deposited several thousand dollars to this casino .they had no trouble taking it. every time i won they asked for documents and every time i sent them. they come back with excuses why they did not accept them. and i send them over and over.they refused to send me my winnings so i played with my winning and they accepted that. and i deposit more and i win and again they refuse to give me my winning. they have the bank name routing number acct number and all they need to do is transfer it. now i have no winnings and they took it all and are very pleaseed now. please help .

  I have been playing this Casino for years. I used Skrill to make purchases. Lucky land slots are quick to collect my payment. Last week I won $4500 After it was approved ,they sent me an email was rejected ,they claim i violated their terms. Last year my hotmail account was hacked, so their customer service agent asked me to close that account and reopen another one. Now they refuse to communicate with me and they disabled my account. Not nice. They owe me $4500  

I have submitted all the required paperwork. My Identification, my Bank Statement, and a Direct Deposit form supplied by the bank and they still won't send my funds. They now are asking for me to do Paypal or Cashapp that was no where in the information that they sent.

I was recently charged over $2,000 from Luckyland Casino. After investigating with my bank and the company I found out my 15 year old daughter used my credit card without my knowledge. She only charged $49.99 she said but the company kept charging my card until I finally noticed and cancelled my card. She is a minor and this company does not allow minors to gamble on it. I am not sure why they kept charging my account but I need this company to refund me.

My withdraw got declined because I did not follow all terms an conditions althou to the best of my knowledge I'm sure I did . Help please

This is an email I received today for filing a complaint against your company this is one of many complaints I will file until something is done about my dispute. I have filed a dispute with my card company in which you told my card company that they didn't have a right for me to file a dispute for when my card was stolen and compromised while i was in the hospital I have proof and I will fight this to the end even if it means stopping this company from doing anything online or stopping the customers that you get by showing them that this company is deceitful and do not care about their customers no one will want to play here and by me taken this actions maybe there will be more people that come together and then we can all have a large class action suit against this company but 3 of my credit card has been compromised and all 3 of my disputes has been denied because this company failed to proper investigate the claim that someone has stolen my info and card and used it to play here at this place of business so get ready we are in for the long haul I will not give up and all of the correspondence that you had sent me with improper shows that this company is all about self you did not try to find out where my money was or who stole it no I will show the world just who you are thank you I will be sending you every copy of every complaint and website I post your information on ... have a wonderful day.
