They just manipulated my statement and inserted a bonus play hit just before I went to cash out $1500.00. They won't listen to anything I have to say without lying more about what I paid, played, and won. They are NOT paying my winnings. I had forfeited the bonus in question before I submitted my payout transfer, and was reassured from their chat that I would NOT lose my winnings. I cannot obtain a copy of that chat.

Going on 2 weeks I've been trying to get my withdrawals and I did exactly what they need to verify my identity. I've been contacting them by phone and emails with no reply. I have evidence of my online statements being altered. I also have email confirming my withdraws and winnings. I am worried about the actions on this site because they have my banking information. Also they have unknown emails that has nothing to do with my account. I have proof of all accusation.

I tried to cashout on the 1st of June for 9500.00..I decided to cashout after I completed the huge playthru which I completed n it said I could withdraw the full amount of 9500.00..rach n every day n several times a day they gave me a series of reasons why they could complete my deposit..they said all they need is a utilities bill with my adress on it ..I said I didnt pay utilities ..but I could provide my up to date insurance policy and my ownership and my ontario health card..then they said a phone bill which I sent in m they said it was to foggy not clear enough so I took another pic n sent it..and then they refused to accept it n I then sent them my bank statement and other bank related documents with all of my info n also my drivers license..then on the 12 I had to ask them whatthe status was n they said they sent me only a 1000.00 because I was playing with bonus so they couldnt pay me any more than that..i however made a deposit and i was playing with my own money...they did not once ever mention out of more than 30 interactions with them that ther was any issues with my payout.. Except they needed a phone bill...n I also sent them that n then they said it dosnt look right...they only deposited 1000.00 to me on the 12th of june

I played in this casino on the bonus and all the netvite terms earned $ 1000 and when I wanted to withdraw $ 500 said my support was refused the withdrawal I have to deposit first I deposited $ 25 and I withdrew and was refused my withdrawal without any reason I have never seen worse than this casino in my life
