i mailed MGA they redirected me to The Pogg. I mailed [email protected] [email protected] asking my acount history 2 month ago. got a e-mail back asking for my verification. i reply'd to that with my detail for the verification and then my e-mail's dont come through, i get them back because it cannot be deliverd. i try'd that 6 times. Then i got a mail back to reqeust that to [email protected]. i send a e-mail to that adres with my personal details even a copy of my driverslicence (id) wat they wanted asking for my acount history. no response. can you please help me? i just want my acount history nothing more.

Won’t process my pending withdrawals, worst casino I’ve dealt with. They have £3,217 of my winnings and keep saying it’s being processed but it’s not. They send the name email saying it’s been sent to the relevant team but it’s not. I want my winnings and an apology

Hi team, I have recently setup an account with luckland but had such a negative experience. First of all i could not withdraw to any of my cards, no email or even a notification. I had to ask in a chat what was taking so long. Second - they assisted me to eventually let me withdraw via bank transfer. Great i proceed. 14 days later funds still havent been sent and i’ve been chasing. Third, i asked them to close my account based on the hugely negative experience but i had still not received my withdrawal. I’ve emailed 2-3 times without a response. Its simply unacceptable that a company can take this long. Can you help?

I got a deposit bonus, and lost. Ending balance was $0, on March 7th, exact ending balance was $0.00... I bought in today,played a little "Accepted NO bonus" and made a $100. I went to cash out, they are telling me my wage requirement from my OTHER deposit was added to this deposit, how can that be?? I got a call on the phone from my account manager for $150 free, i won $8000 This $150 was put in my real money account not my bonus account. I am at a Platinum Level at the Casino so therefore i get special gifts or bonuses if you will.I contacted The Chat people to help me out when i cashed out because i didn't want to make a mistake. Kindly refer to the bonus policy below" The bets in which I placed the 5 eur bets from were only from my real cash balance. This was not using my bonus balance. Any customer who would read the bonus policy, and having noticed that bonus balance is held separately, and is clearly defined on the luckland.com website as separately to cash balance, would reasonably assume, without any further clarification from the bonus policy terms, that the bonus policy only applies to the bonus balance. There should not be any restrictions on my real cash balance, and if there were any restrictions, then there would be no purpose of clearly discriminating between the 'real cash' and 'bonus balance' on your site. if there was any doubt as to the fact that the bonus policy applies to the bonus balance and not the cash balance, my doubts were cleared up by the fact it says " If the player placed single bets equal to or greater than €4 or €0.50 per line, or 15 percent of the bonus amount" It is clearly, blindingly obvious that this seems to apply to the bonus balance only. There is absolutely no indication in the bonus terms and conditions that the terms are applicable to my real cash balance. You are now required to investigate this matter properly. See that I never dipped into my bonus balance and so I am due all of my winnings. It is totally disgusting, wretched, [EDIT] that you have selectively decided you will improperly apply your terms to my account and cause me grave financial loss to the tune of over €2,000. After this is all said and done, I will be writing you a solicitor's note to compensate me for stress, anxiety and interest [EDIT]. I can assure you that you will not be allowed to [EDIT] based on faulty and misleading terms, and if you believe you do, well you have another thing coming. It's about time you casino managers started accepting responsibility for your own actions, and stopped being let away with murder. Won a mini jackpot on Jackpot Fortunes (Pariplay) for over $1020 and didn't get my winnings... Have been waiting now over 40 days and they just continue to say its escalated but to no avail. I'm out over $1650 on this [EDIT] at this site and they will not give me my money.

  I’ve been waiting since the 2nd Jan too receive my money from Luck Land I sent all the documents that were requested initially and then later they have asked for bank statements and income proof in order to make the withdrawl as stated this should be for affordability not for id checking. They won’t do anything or help. Although I keep in being promised that it’s being taken care of. I will not send bank statements as they won’t provide me with an aml number. I just want my money and I’ll close my account.

We reserve the right to withhold an amount in excess of a player's initial deposit if the player has placed a maximum of € 4 or € 0.50 per line or 15 percent of the bonus amount before the wagering requirements for that particular bonus have been fulfilled. I have had £10,000 stuck in Luckland casino for many, many months. I have supplied an unbelievable amount of documents (some of them many times over). The process has been very slow. They are no longer asking for any further verification (there is nothing left they can ask for). So now they have gone silent on. If I contact them I get the same line each time and that is "your account is still under investigation". This has been the status for weeks and months. How long can this possibly last?

I signed up for Luckland casino on the 22-10-2017 I stuck to the terms at the time. These where £5 or 15% of bonus max bet. I went on to win £8640. I uploaded my ID and this was excepeted. I received my first withdrawal of £800 but then On the 8-11-2017 i recieved an email telling me i had broken their terms.
