Hi, I have had a withdrawal cancelled and funds removed. This is because I span over 30% of my deposit on roulette. My argument with Lord of the spins is that I had already requested a withdrawal before I played roulette. Please can you help, don't know what to do.

Hello, I played at Lord of the Spins Casino and on 13 April 2020 I made a request for withdrawal under the reference 2111716 - amount 236 Euro ( no bonus included). My total deposit was 240 euro. The only thing that I received was a call in witch they checked my identity. After 2 emails without answer on 7th may I spoke with the agent [EDIT], and told me that my request was deny. I signed up a little under a week ago to lord of the spins, deposited circa 200 euros across 10 transactions and played both table games and slots. On wednesday I won around 390 euros, requested a withdrawal which involved a telephone verification and was told that someone would be in touch. I login today and find my withdrawal has been rejected and funds withheld because of irregular betting, i tried to query this via live chat but was told to refer to the terms and conditions and the live chat was ended.
