Let's Spin - Withdrawal Request Attempts- no response
I received a solicitation (in the U.S) to join letsspin casino offering a $50 chip to try out the site. I have played in other casinos before and thought I would give it a try. After playing I followed company policy and deposited $30 USD into my account and continued to play. My account is at $1700 and I placed a withdrawal request on 6/8/2016. It has been stuck in the pending queue for almost a month now and all emails submitted for an update go unanswered. I figure it is probably a lost cause, but hoping that we can get word out to the community that they have issues.
Thank You

Let's Spin - A Month Since Withdrawal Request
Hi! I recently tried Let's Spin Casino after being offered a free $50 chip. I quickly lost the money, but enjoyed the site enough to make a deposit. I lost my own $100 almost as quickly. I decided to try again and make one more $400 deposit. This time, I got lucky and turned my stake into $1600!! Needless to say, I was very excited. I submitted a withdrawal request back to my bank card on May 9th. Despite the site's promise that withdrawals would be approved within 1-2 business days, it took a full week (until May 16th) for mine to be approved. I was assured I would receive the money within 7 business days at most. Well, it has now been over 14 business days, and the money still has not arrived. I have been trying to sort this out on my own for a long time, but Let's Spin has no contact phone number, they rarely respond to emails, and their live chat feature is unreliable. The few times I have gotten through on live Chat, I have talked to the same agent ([EDIT]) who when last we spoke said he would escalate my problem to his supervisor who would contact me. Well, that was several days ago, and I have not been contacted by anyone and my most recent emails and live chat attempts have gone unanswered. I am hoping you can help. Anything you can do would be greatly appreciated!

LetsSpin - No response
I received a letter in the mail with a code to play at Let's Spin. They claimed to have easy payouts. I have regularly deposited money, using no codes as I do not understand their system. I deposit straight cash. I have never won until last week. I deposited $50 straight cash on May 27 2016 and in several hours had it up to $15,000.00. I kept playing and finally hit withdraw at $11,750.00.. The withdraw was submitted at approx 0345 am EST.. I didn't figure I would hear anything that day or the weekend. The following Monday was Memorial Day, so I didn't expect anything. However today is May 31,2016 and every time and agent responds to my chat session, they immediately leave chat.. Now I can't even get a response...
When they sent me a letter to my American address the letter stated they accept American players and plus they sent it to an American adderss. During one chat session , [EDIT] stated there was no way to speak to anyone is accounts, that they would contact me.
Really hoping to see this money!
My username is [EDIT]
Email [EDIT]
Thank you for any assistance getting a hold of anyone..
I have screen shots of win and withdraw submitted and also agents leaving chat session immediately after joining

Let's Spin - Did not receive withdraw amount and cannot log in.
Received a letter from LESSPIN to play at their casino with $50.00 and can win up to $500.00. After playing a day or so of playing got it up to almost $800.00 and then requested a withdraw of $500.00. I then saw it was pending. Let me clarify, the letter I received from them said I would have $50.00 to play with and I could win up to $500.00. That is why I asked to withdraw $500.00.
As the withdraw was pending I continued to play but since the winnings would be sent directly to a Master Card I then deposited $50.00 so my card was registered with them.
As I continued to play I have now built my bank up to $700.00.
It's been two days now and still no money from them and low and behold I cannot log on to the site. I tried all day so I thought I would try opening an account with another name and guess what " I COULD LOG IN ". Apparently if a person wins they will not pay and also stop you from logging in.
My user name at the site is [EDIT] and e-mail address is [EDIT]
Beside the $500.00 I asked for I should still have roughly $700.00 in the account.
I also have the letter from them if you can use a copy.
Thanks for anything you can do.

Let's Spin - withdrawl policy not what they promise
Hi ThePogg,
My username with LetsSpin casino: [EDIT]
I recently was mailed a flyer from Letsspin.com casino that I received a free $50 to play with so I thought why not? I played and lost all $50.
I was reading about their deposit and withdrawl policy and I saw that they do not require driver's license or any documentation. They only need you to make a deposit and they will withdrawl funds to the same card you use to deposit. Also, they say withdrawls are approved in one day and it takes two to three business days to show up in your account. I thought "Wow, that is different and not stressful. I'll try it out." I deposited $100. I did not do any bonus on my deposit. I got it up to $145. I decided to make a withdrawl. I entered the exact same card info I used to make the deposit and it shows withdrawl pending. That was on January 31st. Today is February 2nd and it still showed pending.
I went to their live chat feature and inquired about it. They said their system was rejecting the withdrawl to the info I entered. I asked if I should cancel and resubmit and they said yes. So I did. I waited a few hours and checked again. Still pending. I tried to check a bit later......Unable to log into my account. My first thought was "Did they delete my account?" I have the password saved in my browser so there's no way I'm typing it in wrong. I thought "What the heck? I guess I'll try the forgot password just in case". Nothing shows up in my inbox. So I write them an email explaining all this and I don't hear anything back. I go to their live chat again and "[EDIT]" informs me their casino is having issues then abruptly leaves the chat.
Very frustrated with all of this. Please let me know if you need any further info and I will provide whatever you need.
Thank you for your assistance!

Lets Spin - rediculously bad business practices
Hello The Pogg, thank you in advance for handling this complaint for me.
First, I must establish this complaint is against "Lets Spin Casino" https://www.letsspin.com/ . While I'm at it, may I suggest to you an "other casino" option under the drop down menu on the list when choosing which casino to file a complaint?
So oh my, where to start, this casino is an absolute joke. Here's a very brief summary of the background story. This casino obtained my email address, I don't know how, and sent me a welcome mail with a $50 no deposit bonus. After finishing the wagering requirement I requested a cash out of $138. Denied. Support basically said "Sorry that bonus can't be cashed out because it's for fun only." Funny, because it clearly says otherwise. So ok, I got scammed, I thought, fuck it, whatever, fortunately I didn't lose anything but sure did waste a lot of time.
But just yesterday they had the guts to send me another promotional email. That made me angry. So I prepared to make a complaint about them on The Pogg. As I went on their site to collect information on T&Cs etc for my complaint, I noticed...
...That they're not licensed! While attempting to display a fake licence!
Wow, didn't think they were that low, but I guess they were. So looks like I'm pretty hopeless on my $138 cash out. That's fine. This complaint will be a generic complaint against the casino for its bad practices then.
Now I will go in details on everything I find disturbing about this casino.
First of all I get an email from them. How the hell did they get my email address? The fact that they addressed me with my legal name (I almost always use my preferred name in other situations) proves they bought it from some other casinos that I'm playing at. We all know any casino that sells customer information is severely looked down upon. Yet I would say the exact same for any casino that buys customer information - knowing that they purposefully violated the other casino's T&Cs, privacy policy, and the law - is equally guilty. No legitimate casinos have to resort to buying information of potential customers and spamming their email with offers.
Now for the actual email:
Now for the customer support reply on why they refused to payout:
Note this is not the customer support who wrote to me. This email is from their marketing director. They have no customer support even though they claim they have one (when you click on live chat you're always put on a 10 minute wait, and then informed that "we're all tied up helping other customers please leave us a message")
See why I'm angry now? Who wouldn't be if they were in my position?
Ok, so let's try visiting the site. The first thing that will probably catch your eyes is this
False advertising at its finest. It's just so insane that out of all the slots they could have chosen from, they chose maybe the only one that DOES NOT have a jackpot. Anyone who played sugar pop before would know that THERE IS NO JACKPOT. Anyone who hasn't yet can do so here http://thepogg.com/slots/sugar-pop/ . I am an enthusiast for Betsoft slots, especially a big fan of Sugar Pop. I've racked up over 1 million points playing in Bovada's sugar pop. And I can tell you, no one bet will pay more than 10x bet in winnings, ever.
And then let's try going to the "about us" part. Ah, seems like the site has changed somewhat since the time I gave up on them about half a year ago. I remember back then that part of the "about us" said something like "we've been here since the stone age of online gambling and learned a thing or two along the way - trust - meaning you should trust us and deposit all your money to us" Nowadays that page shows nothing but "look how easy and no hassle our payouts are" REALLY ironic because it's completely opposite of what they actually do.
Now scroll to the bottom of the main page for the most exciting part. You'll see on the bottom left there's a button for some additional information like "payment methods" and "licence". The so called "license" looks like a button, acts like a button, and turns blue when you hover it like a button, but it links - NOWHERE. That's right, that license button is a decoy, there is no license. They must have hoped nobody noticed, but today I did, and I'm bringing it to the attention of The Pogg.
Well, since there is no licence, that means they can do whatever they want because they're not regulated. As such I don't think I have much chance getting my $138 back. Thus, this complaint mostly becomes a general complaint against the casino and its business malpractices.
Thank you for your effort again.
