Hi there. For a while I deposited and played at Las Vegas USA casino and its sister sites with the Main Street Group including Vegas Casino Online. Unfortunately, I became a problem gambler. In an online chat I requested that I be permanently excluded from all casinos within the Main Street Group. I was assured that I would be. However, some months later I was able to log back on and deposit funds. On 12th August 2019 I complained directly to the casino about this. They assured me they would process refunds to me equalling all the deposits I made after I initially asked to be self-excluded. On 1st Nov it was confirmed that my refunds had been made. However, I have not received a penny. I followed this up with the security manager a week later who said t y would chase the refunds up. I still haven’t received anything. please could you help me reach a resolution? I can provide screen shots of online chat conversations where they have promised that they are refunding new deposits. I have made a number of deposits and have won a total of $1900.52. I requested payout via ACH direct deposit ( wire transfer). I completed all international bank details as required. I was then contacted by the casino on 22/8/19 to say their new 3rd party processor cannot pay me by that method. The only option they have is bitcoin transfer. I have given them my bitcoin address but nothing has been paid. Each time i contact them by email or chat all I get told is “ is in the approved queue and we expect it to be soon” or they say shortly. When I ask how long shorty or soon is, they just repeat the same thing, that it will be soon. They can take money quickly by card buy for some reason can’t pay you what you win. I just want to be paid what I have requested. It’s been almost a month and I feel I’m getting the run around with excuses.

I requested my Withdrawal on the 15th of May, I verified my credentials on the 17th. Since that date I have been constantly told that they don’t know when my payout will be. I’ve been told they pay every 7 days, I’ve been told they payout everyday. It has been 3 weeks since my requested withdrawal and I still have nothing. I have to get my payout in 2 installements, if it takes this long for the first who knows how long the second will take!! Hi I self excluded from Las Vegas USA and had confirmation from them that I would be excluded from gambling in future on their site. I logged in a few days later and unfortunately as I could log in I deposited and my gambling addiction got away with me again. I have chat confirmations saying my refund will be made and the total amounts. I have copies of these but everytime I contact them to see whether the refund has been processed they say a manager needs to approve the payout and there is never a manager there. I ask for the manager name and then next time I contact them that person doesn't exist. I just want my payment sending. I self excluded so shouldn't have been able to deposit

I was told my refunds were being processed and I would receive them within 48 hours but after nearly 2 weeks 3 weeks of initial complaint im still waiting. I was told Neteller were not performing the refunds but after getting intouch with them they said no refunds have been sent. I claimed a 200% bonus, i reach the playthrough and made a withdraw request for 2000. it got denied said i was only entitled to 500. So i get the run around for a few weeks. i cancel my withdraw and win another 2000. I try to withdraw and am told 500 is all i can win. It has now been close to 2 months and i still have not received anything. They said my withdraw is in the approved status, i have heard that for close to a month. On Oct 12 I requested a payout of $2000 via ACH. For some reason they split my request into 2 $1000 requests. It was later explained that their provider could only send a maximum of $1000 at a time ? I wasn’t concerned because they had sequential payout request IDs so I figured they’d be processed at the same time. 11/6 I received the first $1000. It’s now 12/3 and I have yet to receive the other $1000. Every time I contact live chat they tell me it is approved and waiting for processing but cannot tell me anymore. This is a dispute vs Las Vegas USA casino, which has declined to pay me a portion (8,402$) of legitimate winnings, without providing me with any reason. Originally, I won 22,652$ at Las Vegas USA from a deposit match bonus. I met the bonus requirements, I submitted all my documents, which were approved, and the casino started slowly paying me in normal installments. The last time I checked, 14,250$ have been paid, and the casino still owed me remaining 8,402$, which were all approved and sitting in the payment queue. Then, in September 2017, Las Vegas USA declined to pay me those remaining 8,402$, without giving me any reason. They also locked me out from my account. Subsequent inquiries on live chat were also waste of time, as they started disconnecting me from live chat, over and over, although I was always polite. I declare that I have abided by all terms at Las Vegas USA at the times when I played there. I have never attempted chargebacks against either Las Vegas USA or any other online casino. I won $12000 with a payout of $5000 on 5/11/2018. I requested a payout for of $5000 via ACH transfer on 5/11/2018. I provided all documents they require for processing payouts. Received message that payout will be sent to the finance department for processing. I am unable to get a response from the finance department or the security team. I see not evidence that the transaction is being processed. All of the fields have the exact same values as when I submitted the payout request. I originally won $12,000 at Las Vegas USA casino. I was playing on the terms of bonus I redeemed at the time of my deposit. Minutes after I won the $12,000 I saw my balance drop to under $6000.
