After making a deposit and meeting playthrough requirements on a bonus, I attempted to cash out my winnings. I sent all documents and passed phone verifications. After a week of contacting customer service about why it hasn't gone through, I log in to find that my withdrawal had been reversed and now I was missing money. I was told my bitcoin wallet address was incorrect, which was a lie. I submitted the withdrawal again but this time it was denied for the same reason and now I was missing $300 from my account. The staff played completely dumb when I asked about my money. But I can prove it, I have a screen shot of my account and the "corrections" they made to it.

They are refusing to pay out my withdrawal. First was documentation and I sent that, second was I was supposed to receive a phone call, and now they are trying to say I didn't complete a playthrough when I did. Please help!

The withdrawal of $ 536.96 were submitted at 7/9/2019 3:14 PM (US Eastern Standard Time) by me, this winnings came from an initial no deposit bonus of $10USD. The steps where Bonus, then Winnings claim and sending of all the documentation required to verify my ID. then day after that while i was waiting the cashout i used a little bonus from where i get no winnings at all, i made just to try more the casino, after that an agent reversed the transaction 15/7 to make a "correction" and then my Statements got 2 bonus and one withdrawal, wich is argument to denied my first winnings. Failed to show the URL for the withdrawal limits on bonus cash. I won 760.00 u.s dollars i submitted a withdrawl claim and it said processing. They are denying payment saying I won with a bonus. Completely untrue I have screen shots of deposits. I won on a 28.00 deposit that followed a 50.00 deposit. I have a copy of the rule they are using and additional screen shots if there is a place I can upload. Thank you for your time.
