Hi I saw that you can help with the joka room closing down I have $3000 in my account but can't login in now how do I withdrawl the money  I'd appreciate the help !

I played at this casino and won - about 50000. I withdrew some - and I was aware that they knew I kept winning. I received about 10000 AUD from them, however when I said I was saving to buy a car - they banned me for sic months because they said they were being responsible but they just wanted to get rid of me I had played over 100000 in gambling and had so so many thousands of dollars of joka dimes waiting to be claimed. I have the screen snapshots of where I was blocked. Its unfair I did not get to play with this. They knew I was well up and they did not want to risk me winning more cash because at one stage it was 45000 anyway id love if someone investigated it please I feel totally ripped off with the points and joka dimes I earned Sincerely,

I placed a withdrawal last night and now jokaroom has been shutdown or moved to a new site that keeps coming up not found, has anyone received their withdrawal after the site shut down 

Hi I won $1000au on Saturday 29/08 and withdrew on Sunday 30/08. I have not received my funds yet. I have done previous withdrawals from the JokaRoom and they have gone fine. I also have $200 left in my account. I have sent them emails with no reply. As it states that casino has closed. This concerns me as you stated in another complaint they were just changing names or something and we should have received an email about this. Thank you. 

Hi I won a large sum from joker room and they are being difficult with the withdrawral and now it's coming up that there no longer in service ....can U tell me what I can do re my winnings pls ,there asking for a card that no longer exists and the bank won't provide a letter stating that it is no longer in use and there saying untill I get that card I won't get my winnings ....n now says there closed down :/

13-14/5/20 Unauthorised Transactions $8,434.00 were taken out of my bank, raised complaint with casino. Jokaroom investagated 22/5/20 jokaroom advised these were in fact unauthorised transactions and the unauthorised transactions would be refunded to me.  i continue to be told 3-5 business days an the money will be in my account. It has now been 15 business days. They have provided an untraceable refund reference number! Whenever I contact them I am told " it's been escalated someone will be in touch with you within 24-48 hours" and it keeps going around in circles. 3-5 business days money will be in your account and when it's not and I contact I then get told 24-48 hours someone will contact me !  I screenshot all communications! have substantial evidence.  just give my money back Jokaroom!!!!!!

Please be advised of the following 13th May raised complaint joka room=nil support Early hours 14th May raised complaint with ING/stopped card etc 14th May received an email from joka room advising due to covid19 support will only be accessible via online chat/emails 14th May account deleted and inaccessible 15th received response from ing - Outcome=I am liable 15th May joka room - account reinstated 15th May - raised complaint again=advised security team will contact me within 24/48 hours 16th May - received an email requesting confirmation of details as they have been unsuccessful at contacting me (nil missed calls). Responded confirming number 17th - online chat - followed up not receiving phone call=advised 24 hours 18th contacted online chat support - following up no contact=advised 24-48 hours I also requested details about merchant KAC Chat was immediately ended!
