On July 11th around 6:43 am I called ;the casinos customer service to ask them why I had an active bonus?and how do I clear it so I can withdraw. The lady said go to withdrawal section and you will see the forfeiture click that and then you should be able to withdraw. Around 203 in the afternoon I requested my withdrawal and it was granted. I received emails stating that my withdraw was on the way and it never came $ $9020.00 never made it to my account. The only way I could withdraw is not to have an active bonus as you can see earlier I already took care of that. I requested $980 it reached my account. By the 14th of July I contacted the casino about my winnings that's when it got interesting. They said I had an active bonus 101%. I said how can that be I should have been denied the withdrawal. I also continued at the casino and reached over 40,485 and it vanished right before my eyes I was like what is going on. I called customer service they said that the I accumulated 40,485 is connected to the active bonus therefore I cant get that money. It was an adjustment the casino made. I couldn't believe and they also told me I cant get the money back. So I need some advice on how to get my winnings back. I have documentation and a record of me calling on the 11th.

I have just had the worst casino experience in my life. I made several deposits to this casino. When I made a deposit with a casino bonus code & played the huge $47,000 Playthrough amount, for 4 days. I then kept playing and winning. I tried to withdrawal some of my winnings of $6,500 and after 10 days of getting the run around, they deleted all of my money and said they sent only $1K. They have told me today that no matter if I won a million dollars, because I used a bonus code with my deposit, you can never, ever get more than $1K of your winnings. The rest they call, “flushed”. Had I know this I wouldnt have added a bonus code to my deposit. When I went to submit my withdrawal it said I could take all of my money. While waiting on the bank wire I even deposit more of my money to play and now I feel like I’ve been scammed. I am extremely crushed and there seems to be nothing I can do. At first I corrected my one letter in my first name, then I was told my withdraw was processed, week after week of telling me the same lies and escalation to the credit department that they did nothing to contact me or tried to correct this, now 2 month and the live agents are still saying I was paid, but no money from them was ever sent into my bank account.

The agent now tells me that I had not met the wager requirements for the free spins bonus and needed to wager almost 2000 more before I could request a withdrawal. I argue back and forth with 2 agents before deciding to give up and try to fulfill the new play through requirement. And in doing that, I lost all my winnings. I keep thinking about that fact that Jackpot Wheel is wrong. If your system allowed me to submit the withdrawal, that alone is proof that I had met the wagering requirement. So Im asking Jackpot Wheel to reinstate my original withdrawal request of 230.00 to my Bitcoin wallet, which I feel is owed to me. Its what I won following your own terms and conditions. I cant believe that Jackpot Wheel did such a shady thing. I am not asking for my deposit back, just the original deposit request amount that should never have been reversed by your staff.
