House of Jack— player complaints: 6 in English

First of I have a game frozen on a winning of $8 and game is Cleopatra and still no news or update after almost a month then second I withdrew my winnings and they reversed it on me after waiting it out and I'm VIP and never had issues before and seems like they losing games too as quick spin games are not available anymore . Each time I win big they also take longer and also I get charged fees at times and honestly I shouldn't be able to reverse winnings as I wait ages to get cleared and I'm VIP supposedly let alone reverse it

I’ve been playing with HOJ for some time now but recently my bank put a hold on my account due to suspicious transactions. After I think about 2 weeks they cleared it and unlocked my account but since this time I have not been able to log into my HOJ account. I have sent 8 emails and still haven’t got any answers. I’d like to know what’s happened and my current balance so I can withdraw it and move on.

I was a vip player who has spent a lot of money with house of jacks casino, I asked for my account to be closed on numerous occasions as I stated I was spending to much money, it would be temporary closed and then my vip host would offer me a no deposit cash bonus that was to good to refuse so I would ask for it to be reopened hoping to win my money back. I was asked by my vip host to verify my address with him as he wonted to send me sumthin by post as a thanku for being a valued big spending player, I recieved a limited edition bottle of alcohol and was told I was due for a big win so when I recieved my deceased fiancés life insurance and supperanuation I tried my luck and within two days had regretfully deposited $80000 chasing that big win. I did win $60000 that I tried to withdrawal but was then informed I could only withdrawl $10000 at a time and 1 withdrawl per week. My account should have never been reopened as I had stated I had a gambling problem and wonted it closed as I was spending to much then I was lured bak in with to good of bonuses to refuse and I shouldn’t have been able to deposit that amount of money in that time frame

I deposit 2000 euro in house of jack and play for a few days and then I got a message saying that people from ireland can’t gamble at there site so I tryed to withdrawal my money and da won’t let me now da have my account blocked and my 2000 euro is missing from my account please help me get a refund as da should not have taken my deposit in the first place going by there rules

On April 29, 2018, I opened an account at House of Jack. My registration was accepted and my deposit was accepted. The following day I made a withdrawal for my winnings. I had about $56,000 at the time of withdrawal that I had won. I sent the required documents of my ID and address and received an email saying the documents were received and were being looked at. The following day I received another email that stated that my deposit was refunded back to my bank account and my account closed due to a self exclusion I had done on the 28th of April at casino mate. House of jack said that casino mate is their sister company and that since I self exclude with casino mate that meant my winnings were confriscated due to their terms and conditions. When I self exclude from casino mate , I was not told by them that there were other casinos that would be included in this self exclusion. My knowledge was that I had to self exclude myself from each individual casino. If I had known House of Jack was a sister site of casino mate, I would have never made a deposit. The registration was accepted with the same user name, email, and address as the one I used with Casino Mate. House of Jack has locked my account and when I go to try to log in and says this player is self exclude and I am still receiving emails of offers to their casino. How is a player supposed to know what sister sites another casino has? I feel as my deposit was accepted and my bets were accepted therefore my winnings should be paid. Please help :(

The casino is not on your list its called house of jack.On the 15/9/2017 I deposited a $10 paysafe using no bonuses I won $29,000 I then withdrawal it and sent in all the documents they requested. My account was then blocked on the 19/9/2017. After a week of trying to get a hold of the casino through emails and calls to see how the progress was going and to find out why I was blocked someone finally wrote back on the 21/9/2017 to tell me I was "high risk" but then couldn't tell me what that ment, she then got the supervisor to call me he then came up with the excuse that I had made too many false accounts. (Which I have not) this casino is just looking for any excuse not to pay me my winnings of $29,000
