Hey Spin— player complaints: 10 in English

I have placed a 752£ bet on Sunday, 9th of April with a 1686£ win.I won the bet,than proceeded to withdraw the money the same day.I got a message from them that my withdrawal is under review than nothing....until today,the 19th of April. I've contact them repeatedly through their email Contact only to get the same answer..."your withdrawal is being checked and soon your money will be sent"....and here I am,12 days later,with no payment coming to me.

At 22:43:06 on 09/04/23 i placed a bet of the value of £149.19 on Kiekko-Espoo to beat Jokipojat Joensuu in the Mestis league of Finland Ice Hockey. The return if this went through would be £693.73. The first screenshot clearly shows my successful stake of that value, on Kiekko-Espoo, where it says in the market ‘Winner (Incl.OT): Kiekko-Espoo.’ The bet transaction number is: 3389160 They did in fact win, 3-2, which I have also attached a photo of. However, when I went to my bets to see if my money had come through, it said my bet had settled as a loss. To my horror, it also said in my ‘market,’ which previously had said Kiekko-Espoo, that I had placed a bet for the other team, Jokipojat Joensuu. I though I had done something wrong, but to my delight remembered I had taken a screenshot of my bet the previous day. I have attached the finalised bet as well, stating I had lost and betted on the team which clearly I did not. This is a lot of money, and as a result will not drop this. I hope this can get settled quickly, with my winnings fairly rewarded to me. I contacted customer support, who were very helpful and said they would escalate it for me. Within 5 minutes, they came back saying that the bet had been settled correctly (shown in the attached photo), and contact live chat for anymore questions. As a result, I did this, and so far the nice person on live chat has reaffirmed this escalation, as I told them that I would contact legal advice if necessary.

I signed up on 22.11.22 and deposited £1,000. I won £10,815. When I tried to initiate the withdrawal my account was blocked. I did not accept any bonuses. I have tried to contact them, even by opening another account which was also blocked. Please help.

I raised a complaint with this company as they advertised 1300:1 payout if both balls hit your number on double ball roulette. I have proceeded to play the game as i would on normal roulette and have hit double ball twice within 15 spins, but only been paid at odds of 36:1. After 5/6 emails asking why, and for an explanation, it now transpires that these odds are only available if the bet is placed on the oval betting table, not the standard roulette table. those responding to my complaint didnt know this themselves as its taken 5/6 emails to get an explanation. The advert was so misleading that it shouldnt be allowed, and when logging on today to heck the rules, this process is not mentioned in the game rules, and even in the bet type, where given it’s advertised as the main feature, this isnt mentioned until the very last paragraph, where even then it is wrong as it tells you the button is on the left, which it isnt. The button on the left changes your view of the board, the button they say you need to press to place your bets is actually on the right

I sent over all documents as requested. A coupke of later on checking with them i wastold it had been put on holdf as they thought i was on Gamstop.. I won £350 on various slots. I went to withdraw, but as I’m changing bank accounts from NatWEST to First Direct I applied to withdraw funds by wire transfer. I’ve gone in today to check that this has gone through and the account is disabled. I’ve emailed with no response and tried the live chat function but there is no response here too.
