hejgo [EDIT] 35 euro, i made deposit and never get it on my account and not get back to my bank account. it just dissapear

I won €44,000 at Hejgo Casino on 5.12.2023. That day I paid the money right away. Until today, my payout is still not in progress. The problem is, Hejgo's customer support couldn't tell me how long it takes or how it continues. At least they have to give me a deadline for paying out so I shouldn't worry. Treatment to customers from the casino is unfair. I also paid up a lot of money, and now I have to wait for my money won without knowing "how long". I ask you for support so I can feel calm again. Casino will decline the withdrawals without any good reason. First they asked me to give information to verify my account, which I did. Then I got email that my account is verified. Then I asked will my withdraw work, they said yes. Then they canceled the withdrawals multiple times, and wont answer to my assistance requests.

Hello. I've made an account yesterday on this casino. After several tries of getting verrified. it didnt happend at first because they didnt accept my bank account since they needed something showing both name and account because of trustly deposit. Everything else got accepted. Then after the 4 time, it was finally the right document and i got fully verified. The live chat said that it was fine, and then i got the message that i was fully verified. Now today, I got another mail where the withdrawal got cancelled. I then tried to log in, and the it says that the account is blocked? After getting fully verified. I Dont' know if its because this is a very new casino, but i have never experinced anything like this before and i have played on over 20+ sites. It cant be true that i can deposit more than 200 euros and cant withdraw 125 euros. As you can see on the documents uploaded, they are keep saying the same thing, but now the account is blocked. I need help, is this site really not trusted and has this happened to anyone before?

I have won 10.000€ in Crazy Time on the second of November 2021. It took a little bit to verify my account. On the 3rd of November I requested the withdrawal, which has been processed on 5th of November 2021 (5.000€ because of their terms : max. 5000€/day withdrawal) So I did a new request for 4.475€ I have on my Hejgo balance on 6th of November 2021. Their terms say: It could take up to 3 days to accept a withdrawal request in special cases. Now I am waiting for almost 10 days and they don’t accept my withdrawal request. Everytime I ask the support, they say :“please be kindly to wait longer“ What she’ll I do? I hope you can help me to get my money.

The kvc was terrible thanks my documents ok and I make a withdrawal over 1500 euro. Support said 48h than they send my money after 48h they said 72 hour , after 72h they said for my security it goes longer don’t know when , [EDIT]
