Gunsbet— player complaints: 6 in English

I deposited a 50$ neosurf voucher and have waited 8 hours and it’s still pending. I’ve sent so many messages and so many emails and continue to get no where. Please help me I’ve now researched they have done this before I find it un acceptable!!!

I deposit using neosurf and 12hrs later it’s still not on there and all they keep saying is please wait your turn eAch deposit has to be processed Not once have I experienced this using neosurf vouchers The casino tried to tel me neosurf where holding the funds that’s why it was stil pending until I sent them a copy of the receipt from neosurf with a payment reference number for their company The customer service is appalling and unhelpful They have straight up taken my $50, and have admitted it’s their end won’t credit me anything just tell me to WAIT MY TURN! This is what four different people have told me It’s dead set a joke

I deposited 200 AUD and Requested a LUCKNLOAD 55 percent deposit which i received so Deposited 200 and 110 bonus received . I Played a few different games and won 6k. I had to meet the 40 times wagering requirement and kept playing until i did so. balance was $4400 at this point I went to the My Account link and it said 4400 was available to withdraw. I requested a 4k withdrawal and logged out. Later on in the day i received a email saying that i had bet over the 7.5 AUD maximum bet allowed for bonus bets . they sent me a screen shot of the bonus terms and conditions that said Limitations of the maximum bet while wagering are AUD 7.5 Would that not means there is a limit set by the software so the player cannot bet over that amount while the bonus parts of the funds are being used . If not how are you meant to know when you are using your money or the bonus money ?

After depositing $250 canadian dollars using etransfer I noticed my funds had been declined by the site but processed by my bank. So my money was missing from my account but had not been credited to my funsbet account. After reaching out to them for a week I kept getting the run around even after providing them with all the evidence. Can you guys please help me?

I saw the high ranking on the casino in the couple of casino sites. However I have had a very negative experience here - This was my first win in this casino - actually quite a big win. I won 6 400 EUR in this casino on the ninth of April. I have done the account verification , had no problems with that. But today I got the email from the casino saying that my win won't be paid to me, the casino gave no good reason for taking away my win. They just stated the following - The Player is not allowed to use any strategy in playing with an active bonus in order to fulfill the requirements to wager the bonus. If the Player uses such strategies, and if the Casino has sufficient grounds to believe that the Player's actions are aimed solely to obtain financial benefits using the bonus advantage, then the Casino reserves the right to cancel all Player's winnings. What is this ? With this term the casino can just do whatever they want… They can just stop paying to every player, who has a good win in the casino. Obviously, i want to be paid. I have already tried to resolve the issue that I am having with this casino, however this was in vain. The casino is making excuses in order to leave the customers without the money.

I deposit on this website and they let me play. Now i deposit and i am restricted of playing because i am from Netherlands. Thats why i could never win on this website and therefore they should return all my deposits. This is really unfair and i am going to Court if the casino still denies my rights.
