Hello, I had sent an email to [email protected] (parent company of this casino) from the email used to register at Griffon asking to ban me from registering, playing and depositing on all of the operators casinos on April 15th, 2021. yet I was able to play and deposit 8900 euros on Griffon Casino after this point in time. The casino even allowed me to reopen my account after it had been closed despite this email being sent and received to the correct email address. I have been fighting with this casino for months regarding the refund and they treat me like trash. They do not provide chat teanscripts yet lie that they have sent them to my email. Once they sent a transcript that could not be opened. They are playing extremely dirty. Also, Netti Casino, affiliated with this casino, tried to contact me via phone and offer a bonus despite self exclusion. Please help.
