Grand Reef— player complaints: 8 in English

I have had a withdrawal of $900 pending since 26th July 2019. Despite meeting all requirements the continually tell me that it has been escalated. Hi there I'm writing to you guys as I don't know what to do. Grand Reef casino haven't paid me my winnings of $4000 nzd and I always get lied to or told new story's every single time and it's really unfair it's been 8 days when they are meant to payout in 1-5 working days but nothing has come into my bank. On the 19 of januray 2017 i won a progressive jackpot of $256.000.00 on the sweet party slot i contacted the casino support by there nz phone number and was quickly fowarded to [EDIT] the "pitboss"and was told i had sent in all relavent docs so all i had to do was request a withdrall so i did the maximum withdrall amount to skrill was $100.000.00 so i made two $100.000.00 and 1 of $50.000.00 and left $6000 in my grandreef account to play with witch after ages were declined since then iv made hundreds ofwithdrawall requests of verious amounts that have all been cancled and put back into my grandreef account iv contacted support on line and by phone hundreds of times aswell and have just been givin the run around by being told they have escalated it to the finance team and they will be intouch when they hear from them iv still got 215.000.00 in my account as have played the rest.please help

hi there i completed a withdrawal on 6/11/17 i have still not received any payment back onto my credit card i did all my id and forms and they were sent back (1/12/17) on the as were not asked for till 1/12/17 i have repeatedly emailed in regards to this withdrawal but am starting to get the run around and not getting anywhere

Hi I made a withdrawal over 90 days ago with grand reef and I’m yet to receive any thing in my bank, every time I speak to them or email them they just keep saying that we will look into it and get back to me but they never do, I must have phoned them over 30 times and mailed nearly every week, is this something you can help me with thanks

Hi there! I just saw your twit from last week https://twitter.com/thepoggdotcom/status/444434397295833089 and was excited to here somebody actually was able to get his money from grand reef. I have a very similar story ongoing with them with the two withdrawals totalling 6852.65 pending from March 20, 2013. Just like that other player, I was able to cashout from them before, since I am a big bettor that was for a substantial amount. But then with the last two withdrawals they just turned a crank or something broke down I do not know, but I contacted them by chat on many occasions (I have chats saved) and it seemed like the chat support was just giving some generic answer like "At the moment since the last consultant you have spoken to, you query and withdrawal issue has been escalated. at this point finance are investigating the root cause of this delay and will rectify it as soon as possible " or "I know that there has been a delay, but our team has to make sure that all i`s are dotted and t`s crossed ". So it's been more then a year and I almost lost my hope, and now I saw your twit and may be we can work it out. Also African Palace casino owes me $805.3 from May 24, 2013. I have played and withdrew from Grand Reef before this issue arose; they have all my documents on file. However, my last withdrawal from May 12 , 2013 is still not paid. I sent multiple emails to support and only get generic responses citing technical difficulties. Here is an example from November: Congratulations once again on your fantastic win at the casino. We sincerely apologize for the delay and understand your frustration however kindly be advised that your query is important to us and is also on our high priority list. This delay we know is unacceptable and you may rest assured that we will get this resolved and your winnings processed as soon as possible. It looks like my complaints do not go beyond low-level support and people who are in charge of withdrawals are unable to get them. I hope ThePogg can help me resolving it.
