Hello! I have a problem with Grand Fortune casino (grandfortunecasino.com). I was register there on 24/01/2018 and used there promotion $35 FREE WELCOME BONUS (you can see it here: hxxps://grandfortunecasino.com/promotions?lang=en) then i played there slots games and wagered $1050(it was very hard). 27/01/2018 I made withdrawal request by $100 and 29/01/2018 they declined it and made my ballance 0. On the website in the right bottom corner there is a fake live chat button but it isn't live chat because it is a message box! And my message to theme was ignore. Can you fix this problem?

I have tried over and over again for last six months to get paid from this site with no success. They will verify my account and then make me wait a month and then ask for verification again. I have spent thousands at grand fortune and now that I want to cash out they won't pay.

I first requested my withdrawal of $555 on 2/17/17. I have always had a problem with getting my payments sent but they always went through eventually. Meaning that GF has my verification documents and bank information in their systems already. I was told on 3/22 that I needed to resubmit verification documents. I received confirmation that my documents were reviewed and approved by 3/25. Since this time I have had numerous chat conversations and phone conversations about getting the bank wire sent. I have been told that a paper check was sent on 4/25. Then I was told that it was changed from a paper check to a bank wire. Today is 5/30/17 and I never received a paper check OR the bank wire. I was told througout the month of april and early may to keep checking back in 7-10 days. On 5/14 another phone agent told me that they would escalate the issue. On 5/23 I was told that my payout was being sent on 5/24. On 5/26 I was told that it hasn't been sent. As of today 5/30, it still has not been sent. I keep a record of all of my emails, chat transcripts and names of individuals that have been giving me the runaround. Please help me get resolution on this so I can close my account for good!

Hi, I have filled in a withdrawal request of 130$ US on December 19th, 2016. I still have not received my money. For weeks, I have been told there were a big number of withdrawal requests. Then I was told there was a problem with the banking department. Not until last week I had to call to be told I was missing a verification document. I sent this verification document on February 7th by e-mail. Never had a response from that e-mail and to the 2 other e-mails I sent in. I would like to submit a complaint about Grand Fortune Casino. I requested payout November 17th and was told it would take 7 to 10 business days for funds to be deposited. It's now December 27th and I still have not received my money. I've called numerous times only to be told the same thing over and over again "you will get your money this week"... Three weeks ago I won a jackpot using a deposit bonus, the maximum cash out though was only for $1,000. I requested the withdrawal and submitted and submitted the verification documents, and have given the run around every since. After phone verifying with persons in China several times, and then emailing support, I was relieved when I finally received an email today saying that the withdrawal was finally processed and the bank wire sent. This evening I received an additional email from casino support, however, saying that would have to wait an additional 5-10 business days to receive my funds. I would like this nightmare with this casino to end and have my winnings transferred.
