It has been over 5 weeks and I am still waiting for my withdrawal of 305.00 to be sent. Communication with the casino is the same…”they will inform the finance team of the urgency” but nothing changes. My othet two withdrawals were processed together…it took exactly one month since I requested the payouts and they were finally sent after much complaining…but this single withdrawal is only for 305.00. They say that subsequent withdrawals are processed faster…doesn’t look like it. All paperwork has been previously identified and confirmed.

I have two withdrawals that the casino is not paying out. All rollover requirements are net, documentation verified and correct, yet they give the same excuse that they are having problems with their “wallet” provider and are integrating to a new provider. It is the same answer each time. Chatting with reps gets the same answer. They promised that my first withdrawal would be paid by the end of the week of December 18th…and they say it is still delayed. Same reason…wallet provider issues yet the promise it will be paid soon. As there is no phone number you cannot call. I am frustrated is an understatement.

made around a total of £3250 in 8 separate deposits with this casino starting from 9/9/20. i got a win that was £11292 but because of max cashout on bonus is was only able to withdraw £6431 this was on the 19/9/20. still till this day i havent received any of this cash and repeatedly get told its being processed and will be with in 4-5 business days the date today is 17/11/20 and for around 2 weeks now they dont answer live chat or emails anymore tried to call but their number is invalid.

Goodnight. After several deposits with VISA, finally on December 10, 2109 I requested a withdrawal with the same method as the deposit. Once all the documents have been submitted for verification, and after waiting several weeks without receiving the withdrawal, I begin to claim it by chat, giving me good words and intentions here, but without receiving any money. Until I was suggested to change the withdrawal method, I did so on April 16, reversing the withdrawal and requesting it again for bitcoin. To this day I still do not get the money, after numerous claims to the chat and several emails.

I withdrew 550 on 30.4.2020 .they asked for ID .then told me even though I deposited through debit card I couldn't cash out this way.
