Go Wild - casino refuses payouy
I made a withdrawl request after playing through wagering requirements on a small deposit. After a few days I received an email stating:
We have received your withdrawal request; however, it has been denied by our Audit Team.
Please be advised that during the verification of your withdrawal they have noticed that our Bonus Terms and Conditions were breached.
Please be reminded that: “In order to avoid bonus abuse by building balance while playing with pending Playthrough Requirements (wagering requirements) on 0% contribution games, all players should avoid playing 0% contribution games while having an active bonus. If players fail to comply with these terms, we reserve the right to void any winnings generated, should you play on any 0% contribution games before fulfilling the Playthrough Requirements (wagering requirements).”
According to our Terms and Conditions your winnings have been voided and your deposit that generated the aforementioned win has been returned to your balance.
Please find time to also visit our Bonus and General Terms & Conditions to avoid any inconvenience in the future.
Best regards,
To which I responded:
Hi, I dont understand. Can you tell me what cause this breech? Is it because I re-deposited while waiting for the withdrawal to go through?
Kind regards
After another day or so I received this:
Thank you for your email.
After having reviewed your case once again, our Audit team’s decision still stands. As previously mentioned, our Audit team found a clear breach while the bonus was active therefore, we reserve the right to void the relevant winnings.
Please note that our decisions are based on the Terms and Conditions that you accepted to follow upon registration of your account with us.
As previously stated, you have breached the following term:
10. In order to avoid bonus abuse by building balance while playing with pending Playthrough Requirements (wagering requirements) on 0% contribution games, all players should avoid playing 0% contribution games while having an active bonus. If players fail to comply with these terms, we reserve the right to void any winnings generated, should you play on any 0% contribution games before fulfilling the Playthrough Requirements (wagering requirements).
The 0% contribution games are published in our contribution table, which can be found in our Terms and Conditions.
We hope this clarifies the situation and helps you understand the outcome better.
To which, after some research into my account I responded the following:
Dear Sirs,
Having looked at my history I note that on the 18th I lodged €26 and for that evening and up until the evening of the 19th when I requested a withdrawl I played a number of games. Of these games the only one that I can see as having a 0% co tribute on is called Trollpot 5000 which I played 8 times and had a total of €0 wins.
Can you tell me if there is any other game in that history that breaches the terms and conditions. While I understand that there has been a breech in the terms and conditions, albeit unintended, it is obvious from the history of those two days that the earnings in my account were not from that game in any way. There was no warning or otherwise stating that playing that game would be in breach and I wonder how many players check every game before playing to see if there is a 0% contribution.
It seems very unfair to me to refuse to pay this account based on a game played 8 times that resulted in 0 wins. I note from your terms and conditions that you reserve the right to void any winnings should you play on any 0 rated games before fulfilling the wager requirement. This suggests to me that you have some leniency towards this condition and as, in this case no winnings were earned in the 8 spins used on the 0 rated game played on 18th before my requested withdrawl on 19th I would ask that you would reconsider the decision made to void these winnings.
There has been no further communication since.
Is there anything else I can do or is this a lost cause.
Kind regards

GoWild - Wagering restriction after withdrawal
I played at go wild and on 2 back to back occasions I won and withdrew a few hundred dollars. The next time I played I realized I had a 50 cent wagering restriction. I contacted support and was told to keep playing that the system reevaluates accounts everyday and that was the only way to fix it. They punish people with restrictions for winning as far as I can tell. They said they couldn't change it.

GoWild - Very unjustified terms about restricted slots with a bonus
Thank you for this awesome service. I played at gowild.com with 25€ as first deposit and their 200% welcome bonus. A bonus that could not be cashed out, which is fine.
I got exceptionally lucky and made over 1000€ out of the 25€ and cashed out 1000€ in the end.
I have played in quite a few casinos and know the regular terms and things that you should not do. Since I did not change my bet size drastically, gambled in any suspicious pattern and stayed away from progressive slots as well as high RTP slots like blackjack and so on.
So I was confident in getting actually cashed out, since this casino has a valid MGA license.
I can deal with rules that prevent me from cheating the system in any way, but this is extremely restricting and unwarranted in my eyes. Especially since you can't cash out the bonus.
Not counting those games towards wagering would be absolutely fine, or warning me or even preventing me from playing those slots but this is just unfair.
But my cashout was rejected for the following reason:
"Please be reminded that: We reserve the right to void any winnings generated should you play on any 0% contribution games before fulfilling the Playthrough Requirements (wagering requirements). All versions of Craps, Video Poker, Rummy and Keno, All Live Casino games, All Progressive games and all slots in the Arcade category.
Upon checking, on the 13th of June, you have claimed a deposit bonus and during your gaming session you have played a game with 0% contribution before the playthrough requirement was fulfilled.
The following 0% contribution game was played, which led to the breach of the Bonus Terms & Conditions:
PirateGold
Lara Croft: Temples and Tombs"
Those two games are non-progressive and no high RTP games so I really could not foresee any issues when playing them.
I do understand that certain games should not be made available to the player with a bonus or not count towards the wagering.
But this rule about the Arcade category is very unfair to regular players for many reasons:
1. the arcade category contains roughly 210 slots, among them many very popular ones like Immortal Romance, Reactoonz, Book of Dead, Koi Princess, Jack and the Beanstalk etc... Those are not limited to one provider but from main providers like Netent, PlaynGo and Microgaming.
2. The slots that are in the arcade category show up in the other sections like popular games, new games and so on, without any sign or symbol that you are forbidden from playing them with a bonus.
3. There is no warning or any sign of hint that would tell the player that he is not allowed to play one of these slots when having a bonus. Nothing.
4.The player is refused a cashout when playing the popular slots that are the first slots he sees when opening up the casino section on the website. So the risk of playing one of these games that are in the arcade section as well is very high.
5. To me it is a ridiculous assumption that the player is supposed to check the whole list of 210 slots in the arcade section and see if the slot that he wants to play is in that list, before he starts the slot.
Because I don't see this as a valid reason to not pay me out and as very harmful rules to regular players under an MGA license I asked the provider to revert their actions and pay me out.
First I contacted the chat. Here I was just told to send a mail to [email protected]. So I did just that and replied to their initial mail. That was more than two days ago. So far no reply was sent to me.
Here is the email exchange so far:

Hello Go Wild Payment department,
I am deeply disappointed with this behaviour and the wording of your terms and conditions. The MGA license is one regulation that I trusted to protect me against fraud and always held high against the likes of Curacao etc...
That's why I also think that I do have a valid claim to still receive the money that I won, in my mind anyway, in a completely transparent and legal way.
There can be no claim that I tried to cheat the system or in some way tried to better my odds. I literally just played the slots that you offer to me, in a consistent, non-cheating way. As far as I remember I did not even change my bet sizes all that much (between 50c and 2€) and I did not violate any valid and common terms of gambling here.
I gamble quite regularly and have come across many terms, but never did I feel treated unfair from an MGA licensed Casino before. Unlike this case here.
For that reason, I assumed there would be at least some kind of player protection against confiscating money that was won by regular means. I just played regular slots, in a regular way that are clearly promoted on the front page of your Casino site. I was in no way warned of any possible breach when or before playing those two games and it does not make any sense to me that those two slots are excluded from playing when having a bonus.
I do understand the regular exclusion of progressive slots or games with high player odds like blackjack etc...
But none of those common rules apply to those two games. They are from valid and popular providers and don't have any progressive part in them.
To me it is totally fine if you don't count those slots (which the two mentioned by you are not even part of) towards the wagering requirements, but confiscating all the winnings without any warning while promoting these games for the players on the front page and no reasoning behind why they would be illegal at all is unacceptable to me .
I do hope that you see this issue like me and proceed to pay me out.
If not, I will use my rights and advocate this issue on the known player mediation sites and/or your license provider MGA.
As you are MGA licensed, I would consider you as a gambling provider that does not promote fraudulent terms and therefore appeal to you to rethink your stance on this and add some player protection or change your terms as well.
One could make the easy connection that the winnings were confiscated due to me being exceptionally lucky when making 1000€ out of 25€. But that is the nature of gambling and should definitely not be punished. As you are well aware, gamblers lose most of the time and therefore should not be punished for winning.
Criminalizing honest and regular players should not be in the interest of any serious gambling provider.
Have a good day,
Regards,

Go Wild - Won't pay my winnings
I have recently tried to withdraw my winnings from Go Wild Casino, they told me my winnings had been voided due to the bonus requirements not met. This was there response:
We have received your withdrawal request, however it has been denied by our Audit Team.
Please be advised that during the verification of your withdrawal they have noticed that our Bonus Terms and Conditions were breached.
Please be reminded that: "The maximum bet allowed when playing with any type of bonus still active in your account should be less than 20% of the value of the bonus creditedand should not exceed 8 EUR, 8 USD, 8AUD, 8CAD, 80 SEK, 80 NOK (as applicable) per single bet (For example: placing a bet of 8 EUR after claiming an initial bonus of 100 EUR is allowed)."
Upon checking, on the 1st of December, you have claimed a set of free spins that generated winnings in value of 11.26 AUD, therefore the maximum bet allowed should be less than 2.25 AUD.
Our Audit team found numerous bets of 2.50 AUD, while the bonus was active, which clearly breached our Bonus Terms

GoWild - £3000 Confiscated Unfairly
I would like to make a formal complaint regarding over £3,000 bonus funds you have confiscated from me, with only 5% wagering left, that I believe was taken unfairly.
On the 8th August, myself - [EDIT], created an account for the first time at Go Wild Casino. Soon after depositing on my account, I surprisingly noticed that my account had been created in the name [EDIT] which I presumed auto fill had completed the name field when registering that I did not notice. I notified Go Wild at the soonest convenience that I need the name updating immediately. I was asked to send this in to your email address, which I sent a letter, driving licence and debit card photos, ALL in the name of [EDIT] at the correct address.
The debit card I used when depositing, was also in the name of myself - [EDIT], and all documents have been sent in as proof of evidence.
I am aware that Go Wild have been blacklisted on Ask Gamblers due to similar problems with avoiding pay-out, and I am confident that they are doing the same with myself, because it has worked out in their favour of not paying my £3,000 winnings over a small computer error, which does happen from time to time. If I had lost my deposit, and this was in their favour, I am confident again, that they would have had no problem changing my name with the correct documents provided.
This was an computer error made by myself, and I have corrected this mistake by sending Go Wild my ID documents, that matches my deposit information.
I would like my account unblocked, with the £3,000 bonus re-added, with 5% wagering left on the bonus. Alternatively, I would accept £1,000 cash to be put back into my casino account as I had a balance of £3,000 with only £400 left to wager (£2,600 profit minimum).
Please could you look into this ASAP as I strongly feel cheated out of my winnings.
Best Regards,

GoWild - Didnt recieve my winnings
I got the feature on a game at 75c bet i won the major aswell as other amounts. Totalling over $9000 I then got out of the game went into my account but it didnt say my winnings where in i then went back into the game and my bet had been lowered to 25 c and the winnings where a smaller amount of $3540 i then took a screenshot but i got a screenshot just as the game was adding up my total winnings. I then went onto live chat and spoke to a lady and explained what had happened she said there was no record of this winning on my history and that i was to provide a screenshot so i did she kept telling me you need 15 symbols to win the jackpot. I stated i didnt win the jackpot. I won the major. This lady was rude and not very helpful at all. So i then re connected on live chat with a young man and explained my sotuation again and that i had spoke to someone prior to when i was talking to him and he said you need 15 symbols to win the jackpot aswell i aslo told him i won the major not the jackpot he then told me i had to read the game play rules as he tried to say u was incorrect. I then read the game play rules concerning the symbol feature. It states.
WHEN THE MONEY RESPIN FEATURE IS COMPLETE THE VALUE OF ALL THE SYMBOLS ARE ADDED AND THE GAME PAYS THE TOTAL AMOUNT IF ALL 15 POSITIONS ARE FILLED YOU ALSO WIN THE MEGA JACKPOT. and so i sent a screenshot of rhis to the young man i was talking to and said i am in the right and this is what happened in my game so i would like a really good explantion as to why my winnings where not placed into my account.
He offered for an investigation to be done on the game play and then left the chat. So i couldnt reply.

GoWild - Misinformed about terms and conditions
Dear Thepogg,
I am writing about the said casino 'Go Wild' in relation to its unfair terms and conditions during open play, and am seeking your help in recovering £13,700 total deposits from them.
I would like to make a formal complaint about Go Wild misinformed terms and conditions. Go Wild casino failed to properly notify me during active play of their terms and conditions in which they stated from an email sent on the 19th March that'we are obligated to know that the source of the funds that you use to play with are legitimate. According to section 64, section (4) of the Consumer Act 2015 it states 'A term is prominent for the purposes of this section if it is brought to the consumer’s attention in such a way that an average consumer would be aware of the term.' I clearly was not aware or informed of these terms set out Go Wild when I was depositing large amounts of money which came from gambling winning from a previous casino (of which I have proof). After initial deposits totalling £13,700 it seems that I wasn't informed about this before or during the said made deposits? It seemed that after I made the deposits totalling £13,700 that Go Wild casino sent me an email the day after I logged out and subsequently disabled my account. However, I able to log into my account on the 21st March 2018, when they clearly said in their email that it was temporarily disabled? Clearly, I find this code of practice misleading and I want a full refund of all my deposits totalling £13,700.
If you require their response to my email, I would be very happy to forward it to you.

Gowild - casino refuses to payout a wagered bonus
Hi Thepogg,
The easiest way would be if I somehow could send a pdf with the email history (2 emails from me and 1 from them) but I can't see any way to submit a file so I'll try to explain this case in full detail.
I made a deposit the other day of €400 and claimed the 1st deposit bonus of 150% up to €1000 which gave me €600 in bonus. The bonus can be found here: https://www.gowildcasino.com/en/promotions/welcome-offer
The terms read ' The wagering requirement is 20x (twenty times) and it applies to the bonus + deposit amount and any winnings from the complimentary spins. ' and I did managed to clear these requirements. When I wanted to withdraw my balance I noticed that the initial bonus part of €600 was locked and I was only allowed to withdraw €1700 of my €2300 balance. I contacted live chat and she stated:
GENERAL PROVISIONS 10.
"All bonuses granted are for wagering purposes only. All bonuses will be deducted from players' accounts after a withdrawal request, unless otherwise stated. "
https://www.gowildcasino.com/en/bonus-terms-and-conditions
I then explained to them that sure, that bonuses are for wagering purposes goes without saying as you wouldn't simply be able to withdraw them without wagering. But this is not a reason to lock my initial bonus part as they also have the following rule:
Unless otherwise stated, with regards to deposit related bonuses, the bonus and qualifying deposit must be wagered (otherwise known as “played through”) 20 times in the casino before being released into your real money balance . By way of example: (a $20 deposit + a $20 bonus received) X 20 = $800 play through requirement.
and
'As the play through requirements are met, funds are automatically transferred from the bonus balance to the cash balance.'
So how come they never release my bonus to real money as the rules say?
My balance was as lowest between €200-€300 and if we want to dig into their rules deeper, we see things like:
'Winnings resulting from wagers made from a player’s bonus balance are credited directly to the bonus balance until the applicable wagering requirements have been fulfilled, whereupon they are transferred to the cash balance.'
So since I played only with bonus money when I started winning and since I lost my cash balance (in accordance with their other rule All wagers are deducted from your cash balance first. If there are insufficient funds in your cash balance then the wager will be deducted from your bonus balance. ) my entire balance would be bonus money until I met the wagering requirements, which I did! So the rule which their support stated ' All bonuses granted are for wagering purposes only. All bonuses will be deducted from players ' accounts after a withdrawal request, unless otherwise stated. ' does not apply to me as it should have been converted into real money.
So according to their own rules, my entire balance should have been transferred to my cash balance hence I should be able to withdraw the full amount of €2300.
So after I explained everything above to them they replied:
Thank you for your email.
Indeed, all bonuses received must be wagered 20 times as you mentioned, before a withdrawal can be requested, which you did. However, as stated in our Terms and Condition the bonus received will be deducted from your winnings upon a withdrawal request. This means that although you have met the wagering requirements, this part: "All bonuses granted are for wagering purposes only. All bonuses will be deducted from players' accounts after a withdrawal request, unless otherwise stated." will apply to your winnings, since it is the second part of the
process and can be applied only after the wagering requirement is completed.
This is due to the "safety net" effect when you deposit and claim a bonus, should the deposit not be lucky, you will still have the bonus to rely on, however if you win from it, as per the rules, it will be voided upon successful processing of the said withdrawal.
Should you need anything else, do not hesitate to contact us back.
I then made the following reply to their email:
Hi support,
You keep justifying the removal of my initial bonus of €600 by referring to rule " All bonuses granted are for wagering purposes only. All bonuses will be deducted from players ' accounts after a withdrawal request, unless otherwise stated. " - Yes, the BONUS should be removed once you are requesting for a withdrawal, but since I
managed to meet the wagering requirements the initial bonus balance is NO LONGER a bonus, as per your following rule which I stated in previous email but you ignored that part as this is very contradicting to the agenda you are pushing and your made up terms like "safety net" and " second part " which are nowhere to be found on your
website:
Unless otherwise stated, with regards to deposit related bonuses, the bonus and qualifying deposit must be wagered (otherwise known as “played through”) 20 times in the casino before being released into your real money balance. By way of example: (a $20 deposit + a $20 bonus received) X 20 = $800 play through requirement.
Now you also stated this part: " However, as stated in our Terms and Condition the bonus received will be deducted from your winnings upon a withdrawal request. " - Firstly, I checked your website and I didn't find this quote, did you make that up? Secondly, even if it IS stated you are simply using the same argument over and over again, saying that bonus will be removed upon withdrawal even though its no longer a bonus when wager req. are met, without explaining why you have rules like the bonus and qualifying deposit must be wagered (otherwise
known as “played through”) 20 times in the casino before being released into your real money balance.
I expect you put someone on the support who is intellectually capable of understanding your own house rules and explain your own contradictions. Rules are meant to be taken LITERALLY and there should be no need of you adding parts to them and making up terms just for them to fit your agenda. I signed up and claimed your bonus with the conditions that I would follow your rules, which I've done and still doing. You are unhappy about my winnings and you trying to find reason not to pay it out, but it won't work when I include authorities as the case is clear that you have rules which supports my case. If I get another one of those lazy thought out answers I will contact MGA your license provider and they will force you to pay it.
Best Regards,
[EDIT]
I sent this email to them on 28.08 and they haven't replied. I believe I have a lot of legitimate questions that are still unexplained which they ignored to answer in my first email. I hope you guys could take a look and please let me know if you need anything from me.
Best regards,

GoWild - Feeling Cheated
I received both a text message and email from the Vip manager, [EDIT], saying that she credited my account with $50 as Go Wild were partnering up with Microgaming and they wanted me to get back into the door at their casino. I have made a lots of deposits to Go Wild in the past so I was still considered to be a VIP member. I am a VIP with Microgaming and have made multiple deposits with them having deposited over $30,000 in my time. To my surprise I logged into Go Wild and surprisingly there was $50. I played and was very fortunate enough to have won. I risked losing my wins more than several times and then got it up to $14,000 and decided to withdraw. In the terms and conditions it states that once the play through required has met the bonus amount will fall into the cash amount in your account and you may withdraw. I withdrew the $14000, and was even given a successful confirmation and the funds were to be processed into my bank after 24 hours during business hours. I was so excited and planned out things that were desperately needing to be paid with my partner. When the funds finally came through I only received $1000 so I checked the transaction and they have confiscated $13000. I went through to my email and text message and there were no terms and conditions stated any where for this $50 credit. I went to their site to read their bonus terms and I could only see the play through requirements. It took me over a week to finally get into touch with [EDIT] as no one in support could help me with as I was only able to speak with [EDIT]. My funds were confiscated because she pointed out one sentence in their whole terms and conditions to state that max withdrawal from bonus is $100. I was absolutely gutted and so disappointed. I felt cheated and I surely wouldn't have even bothered to play the credit I received in my account to "get my foot back in the door" if I was told this. They paid me out $1000 and just took $13000. It was so devastating. Having a successfully processed receipt of $14000 to be processed and deposited into my account and then just "confiscated" from me is an absolute joke. I felt sick. Is there something you can do to help me get my winnings?!

Turnover/play on all Classic Blackjack variations, all versions of Atlantic City Blackjack, all versions of Vegas Downtown Blackjack, all versions of Vegas Single Deck Blackjack and all Vegas Strip variations, all Aces Video/Power Pokers, Jacks or Better Video/Power Pokers, all Baccarats, all Craps, Red Dog, Sic Bo, all Progressive Games and all 3 card poker games, do not count towards the turnover requirement for this bonus.
Even Money bets at the Roulette tables do not count towards the wagering requirement for this bonus.

Note: If you play on the excluded games (0%) before meeting the playthrough requirements, then you agree that the casino holds the right to void any winnings and bonuses, at our discretion.
Now one would think that 29 x bonus means 29 x $200 ( $5800 ) since that what I received but no. After playing for a couple hours at about $3.00 a spin I contact live customer service and ask them if I am close to the play through requirement.

Her replay was this

Tracey: Chris, you've still got a pending playthrough of 4,659.72
Tracey: The playthrough applies for the bonus only; what you need is to carry on playing and as long as your bonus balance decreases, your playthrough does, too
Now the problem is two things. I had obviously wagered more then she told me I had because I can see it in the record of my games played screen. It was closer to 2k worth of play through.

Later on I asked again what I had played through and her reply was

Tracey: You have wagered 129.55 altogether
Me: ive wagered 129.55 in 2 hours?
Tracey: Yes

The second is the fact that she stated that if my bonus money goes down the wagering would as well. But what if I win? well that's the scam part.

Every time you win while playing your bonus the wins get added to your bonus money and not your real account money. So if you win $1000 on the bonus money its no longer 29x the bonus of $200 its 29 x 200 plus the $1000 I have won.

So after explaining this she hangs up the live chat and I get a new person. He says the previous rep had tech difficulty but we all know she passed me off to the next guy.

So the bonus as explained by the staff of go wild casino is a total scam and that's probably why they don't show the bonus balance from the casino lobby like other microgaming casinos do.
