Gioo Casino— player complaints: 16 in English

I made a deposit of $150 with gioo casino. They never honoured my 100% bonus. So I asked them to refund all of my money, the $150 as I did not play any games or use any of it and then to deactivate my account. They deactivated my account, but refused to pay me my money back. I have submitted every document they have asked for. ID, documents, proof of address, everything, and they will not give me my money back they’re telling me I need to provide a bank statement that shows the exact time that it was taken from my account. I have tried with my bank, but they do not have anything that can show them the exact hours/minute. I have showed them my full PDF bank statement, and giving them everything they have asked for it, but because I cannot show them the exact time on a PDF bank statement they’re refusing to give me my money. My bank does not have this option and I told him that countless times.

Hello, I am asking for help in solving the issue. This applies to Gioo Casino. On 07.04.2023 I made a deposit to the player's account in the amount of €20. The transaction was pending for a few days and then declined after a few days. The bank took money from my account. I contacted the casino staff about this, initially they told me that there was an Easter break, then some system error. I was waiting for an email reply. To date, I have not received any information. On 14/04/2023 I made another deposit to the player's account in the amount of €25, the bank took the money from my account, and my deposit is rejected in the player's account. I contacted the casino staff again, and the same situation as before: I have to wait for an answer to my email, which is not there. I wrote several times on the casino website, always the same answer that they are trying to solve the problem and I have to wait. I have no way to write anywhere other than by email or on the casino website. The e-mail I send is answered automatically that they will reply to the message as soon as possible. I am asking for help in solving the matter.

I was first on leaderboard Weekly Live Clash Tournament and all of the sudden the tournament was removed form their website. Technical glitch was all they could tell me. On their website, they explicitly stated that they process all of their withdrawals almost instantly, but here, it is clearly not the case. I genuinely believe that they do not plan to pay out.

I've tried to withdraw my total balance of € 116.04 from my Gioo account. My withdrawal requests keep being rejected because I haven't met the wagering requirements, they say. However, my profile shows a withdrawable balance of the before-mentioned amount and zero for my balance being locked by a bonus. Hi there, 17 days ago i asked for a pay out of a total of 4000 euros winning. At first finance department needed time to check the winning,after that i needed to wait because of a sofort paymant that was stuck (in my account it says it is accepted),following i needed to contact my bank about this payment,did that and needid to get proof of my bank about payment. I won 50,000 EURO and then they refuse to pay me because it was deposited from my business account.
