Gale&Martin— player complaints: 5 in English

I deposited 30 euros and decided to cash in my winnings of 189 euros then I get a message from virtual online chat from them saying I hadn't did the wagering so my winnings of 120 euros won from real money had been put back into my account so my bonus I had received I had lost so all the 120 I tried to withdraw but after a day or so I got told I had to water 2700 euros to make any withdraw which I did and managed to win 481 euros I sent all the verification documents and i get a phone call stating my winnings will not be paid as I played a certain slot in which all winnings become void and they will only pay back my original deposit of 30 euros and have closed my account I never made a withdraw of 30 euros it was 481 so don't know why I get an email saying tour withdraw of 30 euros has been successful.i feel tricked and feel I was never going to receive any kind of winnings as gale and Martin casino are doing anything to avoid paying hard done by customers like me and many others it's all a big con and need to be stopped and have there licence revoked as it's clear there not operating legally and correctly

I signed up to this casino in September naively not realising that they weren't licensed by the UK..anyway I've deposited a total of £1100 over that period. I submitted a deposit of £20 (22.7€) and received what they said was a 100% bonus it was actually (22.6€) but maybe that's me being petty!!!I won 1500 and decided to withdraw....the next day I thought I'd give it one last go and susequesntly won 30000€. Excited I processed a withdrawal...I had to submit my details over 6 times until they were finally approved. I then received several emails which stated it was processing and I would receive the funds within 4 to 5 days. I enquired with the support team and all of them assured me it was processing and would be available shortly. I then receive an email which said everything was successful and complete. 20 minutes later I received and email from the VIP team asking me to be in contact with regards to the withdrawal . they promptly rang and acknowledge that the win was a large one and then subsequently told me they weren't paying it...Bar 470 they had voided the lot due to the bonus ruling of 20x deposit..now I see this is posted in their terms but I was under the impression that it would be tied with wagering and I knew I had far out wagered any limits that could of been placed. I had a rather heated debate with the man and asked why in earth he had rang me to tell me this after 6 days and several conversations with several members of team who had all acknowledged a 30000 win...His response was he doesn't receive and email until processing is complete...angry, I then go back to email to find a new email appear, except this has been back dated, saying my 470 withdrawal is accepted and processing therefore making the successful processing email look like it is associated with that amount rather than the 30000. During the phone call I asked for him to email me everything we had discussed. He then emailed me saying I and wagered enough for the 30000 but due to terms and conditions I couldn't withdraw...a concept I still don't understand...I then did my research to the company after feeling completely mislead and found they have no UK licence...I emailed asking if this was indeed true to no response. I the emailed with regards to the fact I didn't actually receive 100% bonus (I know it was petty but I was angry!) and therefore the terms and conditions should apply. He then returned my email saying it didn't matter whether I had received 30% of 100% (despite the advertising) I still want getting paid. I just feel like I've been completely conned to be fair... now I'm not daft enough to relaoaw that terms are terms...upset as I am I get that but on the flip side every single person acknowledge my win as I knew it to be...and also they've accepted and processed my money as well as my verification documents without a UK licence. And I still haven't received my 470 that they say is all I'm entitled to. I now know they are absolute cowboys but that doesn't help what's happened!!!

I joined last week. I played out my bonus funds plus the required amount and the chat host told me I could withdraw once I had played all my bonus - I checked with him and he said I had played it all with all requirements so could withdraw. I then deposited some more, without a bonus, won some more so cancelled cash out, increased the amount and cashed out again. I did this a few times, then reduced the withdrawal amount so I could play some more without depositing. I provided all ID and both forms signed to say the funds were mine. I had a withdrawal of £1,500.00 and was getting a bit suspicious as I felt the site were dragging their heels - probably hoping I would keep spending my withdrawal! Anyway, today they email me to say my withdrawal request of 90 euro's is successful! I was so shocked, no mention of the £1,500.00! I went on the site and can see my withdrawal request was rejected. I have read their terms for bonuses and can see no reason at all why I have not received my full money. Some of my withdrawal was requested from the deposit's I made with no bonus so how can they hold my money? And where has the money gone? It's vanished from my account! I have emailed them to ask but no reply. I have since gone online and seen the many many complaints about this site....I'm gutted - and very very worried! I had put a deposit on my son's wedding with £1,200.00 borrowed from a friend - thinking I could pay them back in a few days - and I now don't have the money to pay them! I'm at my wits end and don't know what I'm going to do. How can this site get away with not paying people? This is disgusting and I feel physically sick when I think of the situation I now find myself in. No wonder people commit suicide over things like this - it's awful. I now also find out that GaleMartin are not allowed to have UK players! What an awful, illegal site. I want my money - I NEED my money! I will do everything I can to get it, closing the site down while I do it if need be. The stupid thing is, I had actually recommended the site to a friend as I thought it looked a good site! Please can you help me to get my money? If not I will have to try other ways. I just know I must get it as the alternative is heartbreaking!!

Made deposit after they lept emailing me. Was at around 450 euros when tried to withdraw. Had not gilfilled bonus terms so they took 60 euro bonus plis my 20 deposit off my total. Cpntinued to play intil through bonus terms and tried to withdraw 670. After messing me anout with documents they finally tell me they are only paying my deposit back. Several emails later asking why they eventually tell me its down to irregular play. I dont understand, i played constanly nearly for few nights as on nightshift. I dont see what was irregular. Please help. Thanks Further to my earlier mail They have informed me i broke terms by plaacing bets more than 30 percent of deposit. What infact happened was the game crashed and when i logged back on it had reset the stake to 7.5 euros. I am sure i only had one spin then noticed and changed back. It was their fault yheir game kept crashing and their software that changed the stake. Just sounds like an elaborate scam not to pay out. Thanks. Also i did not win on the spin.

Gale&Martin casino refused to pay my winnings. I Created and started play at that casino on 7.3.2017. I Got 400% bonus with first deposit amount of 20€. I Read and understood the terms and conditions of bonus wagering. The max bet was 5€, or 20% of your first deposit amount. I Started playing and i never crossed the line. My max bet was 2€ playing at that casino. 4.7.2017 I Got into that point I had no wagering left. I withdrawed my money and sent verifications to Martin&Gale. On Monday 10.7 They emailed me I had done some irregular play in line with their terms and conditions. I Was abashed. I contacted to the support and they said an agent will call me. She told that I had done some couple of 4€ bets. I Told that I would remember that, and that's not true. Agent told me to be careful next time not to cross the bet line. End of all they changed my 290€ winnings to 20€ which was my amount of deposit.
