Fruity Casa— player complaints: 5 in English

I lost around £2500 on Monopoly Live. I feel I never had a fair chance (excluding house edge of course) due to the host spinning the wheel. She was doing it systematically which never allowed a 4 roll to land. I submitted a SAR specifically asking for video footage of my entire monopoly live session which lasted a couple of hours. After waiting the full 30 days, they finally "responded". All they gave me was a 59 second video clip which showed just one spin (therefore not allowing me to prove my point that it was done systematically rather than "randomly") Also they sent me an "account notes" document which detailed some very questionable entries which I have asked for them to explain (again no response) I gave them an offer of £1500 as full and final settlement of this entire mess but have had no response. They are just refusing to deal with this. I suffer from mental health issues and they are just making it worse by playing stupid and stalling the entire process. Please help me Kind Regards [EDIT]

Hey ThePogg I deposit $10 and got my welcome Bonus. Played and then played the freespins that the welcome offer offered.. played with the freespin. Yup had won money check if i can withdrawl it . But i couldnt cause it was still under bonus credit so keep playing and playing and manage to wagered it all. And check again so i was allowed to withdrawl it so i did. So that means ive played amd wagedred the reaquirement so in my cass its not bonus credit anymore cause i played the required wagered so what ever winnings is mine so i withdrawl it. But now they emailed back saying i breach it. Which i didnt.. can u find out for me . This pisses me of. Thank you the pogg. So they said its been confiscated and refunded my $10 back into my account. That is not fair at all. I played all through the bonus credit untill i can withdrawl my own winning.

Fruity Casa has claimed to have "accepted" withdrawal request, but after weeks of waiting won't provide any evidence it has been paid. No reason given, and requesting copies of my bank statements to prove funds have not been received. I have already been KYC verified, and it doesn't make any sense to prove I haven't received the funds when there is no proof it has been paid. Not responded to my emailed request for proof of payment for over a week.

On the 22/08/2018, i signed up to Fruitycasa and accepted the first deposit offer of 150% up to £250 and deposited £70. I followed the terms and conditions and played on an eligible slot and a spin size under maximum allowed. During wagering, the spin size was automatically increased to £6 which is above the maximum. As soon as i noticed after 7 spins, I changed it back down to £4.80. I'm sure i did not increase the spin size, and it is also not max bet for the slot and i would have had to increase the bet 3 times to get to £6 spins. I also only won £6 from one of these spins. Because of this, i have been found to be in breach of clause 13 and my winnings of £1341.72 have been confiscated and my deposit is to be returned to me. Any help on this matter would be appreciated.

Hi , They have said they wont pay me because I breached a clause which I don't understand , I read it the maximum amount you can play is £5 and that's what I played but they are saying I breached that and I didn't. I want to see my play records but they have not replied to my email. Thanks [EDIT]
