i chatted with Daniel who offered a bonus of 777% and 100 spins if I deposit $50. I asked what the payout time frame was. He said with bitcoin it was instant. Also David Jackson’s emailed me that withdraws are instant with bitcoin. So I deposited $40. It was a 2 x the bonuse pulse deposit pay out. I hit the play through and my valence was around $1000. Connie advised it would be adjusted to $350 due to the max cash out. I agreed. She said pay out would be within 24 hours. I chatted back in and tried to see where the pay out was as it had not come to my bitcoin wallet. I was told i needed to wait another 24 hours but it will be paid out before then. I called back 24 hours and got the same wait 24 hours so I did. Now euro bets has blocked any contact with me. Won’t answer or text and customer service chat will not answer. I know they are there cause a buddy that uses the contacted them on chats. There is no help when I try. Every customer servise rep says that if I was to recall my bonus submission and use half of the bonus for a deposit to play again they would issue the rest of my bonuse to my bitcoin wallet now. I advised no. Can they bully me, harassing and forcing me to deposit half my bonuse to get only half my bonuse sent to my bitcoin wallet that is not right. Saying will send you half you bonus now if you deposit the other half. I will attach their text saying this. I can not reach anyone there now. e 20 business days. When I text they have said one hour and will send withdraw. That didn’t happen. Then they say 24 hours and will get your withdraw that was 25 days ago. I know everyone there but I think it’s all one person. Connie, David, Daniel, Olive. Nothing is happening and they are very rude I submitted the withdraw on 12/27/2024. 27 business days ago now. Hi I'm writing in regards to playing at eurobets casino on 11/08/2024 I put a $25 deposit on a promotion and got to play with $233 I played through to the end of my playthrough and requested a cash out on 11/09/2024 it's been back and fourth for weeks now with live chat and text and emails with Daniel. He says to me put $133. On account and I withdraw $100 to you rite now. No I don't want to put anymore money on I want my winnings now no response. How are they still running. They are falsely advertising on there website instant withdrawals with Bitcoin. When that what mine was but yet I'm still waiting. They are ripping people off everyday and still getting away with it. How is this possible. I'm not goin to stop harassing them. Until I get what I'm owed. I've contacted the attorney generals office and the ftc.gov so will see what they can do I guess. This complaint is in regards ot Eurobets Casino. I have made several deposits with this website with only 1 $500 withdrawal in over a year playing.. On August 16th 2024 I won $1,000 while playing. I submitted a payout request on that day. It is now almost 2 months later and I still have not received my payout.  The payout is still in "requested" status. Every time I reach out to chat I either get ignored or I get told "technical issues you'll get it soon," "I have to talk to my manager," "the finance team is processing it" or "you'll get it soon." Nothing has changed in 2 months and they still continue to advertise "instant withdrawals on bitcoin." I have sent over 40 emails to their support and customer support emails. On Oct 2nd, I finally received a response from their support email saying they are processing the payout and I should receive it in 24-48 hours. Of course, after 48 hours I never received it. When I followed up via chat I talked to "christopher" who said they "have a lot of withdrawals to process and I'll receive it soon." I followed up via email on the 5th, 6th, and 7th (today) and the only response I received was from Grace (customer support) saying they're working on it but didn't give me any kind of timeline.  I have screenshots of the withdrawal still pending and all of the times that I was promised when I'd receive it.  This website is the biggest scam. Stay away.

Hi. I made a withdrawal here on 14th November 2022 and didn't get a single response from support for 5 months. Now they talk to me on live chat every day and say they need more time constantly. Can you help me to get the cash out?    iv had 4 withdrawals from here in the past and all have been paid in approx 4-6 weeks.
