Elegant Spins Casino— player complaints: 5 in English

I deposited with elegant spins last night 75% no rules bonus is eligible for all slots.  Started playing and I kept finding games that I couldn't get into: "oops. This game isn't available" oops page can't be found. So went to customer service i spoke with Alex.  turned into a five hour conversation which was a bunch of garbage run around nonsense. Basically , it was not a rules bonus , and it was not for all slots even though this kept telling me it was because I was locked out of several games. About 8 times over the 5 hours, he said he was looking into it.And he would be back. And then when he finally came back he would say he was going to notify his technical team of the situation. So I would go and come back , go and come back , and he would say the same thing , every time if he answered at all. I'm gonna send a last conversation at the end of the night. You'll see what i'm talking about. I would not play at this casino again if it was the last casino on earth.

Elegant Spins must be stopped!Blue1965,they caused my game to malfunction,in the middle of a bonus round,I was set to win large!then on live chat, they abandoned me,

I completed the 250 welcome spins and denied my withdraw. Reason was that I completed my wagering on other rival games. Okay.  so I was given 50 spins and I played and stayed on the game to be sure I was able to withdraw. So the time came and I completed my verification and even made my deposit.'my withdraw never came.  I was told 24 hours and once that was over I was told by the end of the night then after that day was over I was told 4-6 hours and once that time had passed I was told to make another deposit and they will put a rush on my withdraw!! Then I came back later to tell them this is bullshit and was told that it will be with n the next hours. Then I was told he will try to get it done.  this site advertises lightening fast withdraws and if this is lightening fast then I'd hate to see what their idea of slow is because this site is full of shit and nothing but a scam.  I will update if I ever do get my withdraw but it's not looking like I will get it

I am currently waiting on [email protected] response to my withdrawal denial.i was denied on the basis of having multiple accounts.this is not true.i only have one account period.chat guy Harry said I have additional accounts on this IP.its my phone,no one else uses it.this casino is my latest addition.i signed up January 26th,used the free spins and hit for a bonus of 20 something bucks,I couldn't withdraw until I had deposited so I did that and then did the playthrough and came out even further ahead and plenty to withdraw.ill update this post when I get closure.

I was told I was verified at Elegant Spins, then upon winning and trying to collect,I was told I needed to send documents again
