I too played many years and had no problems til last year. I've been due nearly $5000 and had many promises my payout was in the next batch however March 8th it's been a full year! Very disappointed in how things were handled. Now the accounting(at)cyberbingo.com doesn't respond and the site says under maintenance till further notice? I'm trying to find out who mandates rules for online bingo?

I've been playing on Cyberbingo for about 18 years with no problems with payouts. On Sept 30, 2025 I won $1100 and my withdrawal was approved on Oct 15, 2025. Every week I email accounting to check on payout and they keep saying there's a problem with their payment processor. Same story every time, and they will put a rush on it. I changed payout method to bitcoin because they said that was fastest, within a few days. Now they have stopped answering my emails for the past 3 weeks. Can anyone help? I had the same thing happen been playing cyberbingo for years in July I had some good wins on slots $27,500 and I started getting restricted from slots. I went to bed in the morning went to log on and couldn't. Support said my account was with risk management.. after weeks of emailing them they told me my account was set to 0 and closed. They offered me back $175 that I had deposited. Reason was new regulation in AU. But I can't find any new laws since 2009. Now I can't even see the site AU is now fully blocked. I was the only one from AU who was playing as most players are from USA. So was easy for them to fully restrict me.

I tried being patient with this casino but every time I reach out and asked about my withdrawal they say that its taking longer than expected or that they have switched to a new company that manages their payout and there is a weekly limit. I waited and waited for update and even reached out a few times and I get the same response. I was hoping I didn't need to do this but when I deposit money to play everything was all smooth and fast. I requested a wire transfer withdrawal on September the 11th, 2023. I have chatted online several times with an agent resulting in the same answer each time, which is giving me an email address to the accounting department. I have emailed the accounting department several times and I basically receive the same generic email every time stating that they are working as quickly as possible to redeem my withdrawal. When I made the withdrawal I was told six business days and it has been well past that.
