Crypto Thrills— player complaints: 12 in English

Some time ago i got a no deposit bonus from crypto thrills and make 9 mBTC from it.When i tried to withdraw it they are saying to deposit 1mBTC first.There seems no problem as I'll be still profitable bit they seems fishy to me. I'm not sure if they let me withdraw even after depositing. I'm not aware of their terms fully nor the terms of bonus.Can anyone help me with what should i do?

Hi, I am awaiting a withdrawal of approx 89 mBtc from Crypto Thrills. There was no bonus attached to it and I spoke with Live Chat on Saturday who said the finance team weren't in on the weekend and it will be Monday. I contact them again today and they said the Finance Team still aren't in and were being really strange. I am really really concerned that I am not getting my money. Please can someone help. I am desperate for this withdrawal and they now just aren't responding to me. I believe that they will pay out but I have read a lot of other negative stuff online now about Crypto Thrills now. Hi guys, i have recently played on crypto thrills casino, i have being trying to withdraw my winnings since now nearly one week (27.577mbtc). I have absolutely respected all terms and conditions of the casino (mini 1mbtc deposit straight deposit i had no bonus + wagered it 10×), i didnt go over the max bet limit either ( i have many screen shots from the live chat to prove what i am saying they ended up telling me everything was ok) at first they tried to activate me a bonus i never asked for so i couldnt withdraw, they did that twice, i had to contact live support so they would take it off twice mentioning that it was a mistake from one of their collègues, then they told me i didnt deposit 1mbtc after they told me sorry but that i did, and then they suspended my withdraw again telling me i went over the max bet (but i have screenshots from Mark in the live chat telling me that it was once again a mistake that it was all good, now he has suposetly sent à message to the finance section so that i can withdraw but apparently they are not answering his request..I have never seen any thing like this casino before ( i am used to playing on crypto or fiat online casinos but this one..no comment). Please guys if ever you can help me that would be great !! I dont know what to do i have being trying to get what they owe me since days now.

Cryptothrills voided my deposit saying that i was using a vpn but i never used it on that site. They refuse to send me any logs and at one point one person from live chat even said that they play with people linked to me which makes me think that they voided my money because of something site unrelated

Hello, Please help me - I played at Crypto Thrills and the first time I tried to make a withdrawal, they took a few days due to verification but they approved it. I then requested another withdrawal but it has been a week now and they have still not processed it. I spoke to all of the reps: Catherine initially said within 48 hours, then that I had to wait another 3 days till Monday. In the mean time Keith said he escalated the withdrawal and it will be processed within an hour. I spoke to Amanda on Monday who also said they escalated the withdrawal and should be resolved within an hour. I checked back after 2 hours and it was Catherine again, who just ignored me and ended the chat. Since then I have not received any replies to my emails and I can't connect to a representative. Hello, I made a withdrawal on cryptothrills casino of 5mbtc, it has status pending since 3 days now. First off, i won this money thanks to a bonus; i first made a 10mbtc withdraw, support said i could only take 5 (why give 10 then). Anyway ok, i have made a withdrawal of 5, but still no paiement. contacted support again saying this can take up to 48 hours. Waited this time and still no paiement, withdrawal still pending. Contact with support again, and they say me they have delays and i have to wait again. Well i'm bored now, they are very fast to take your money (in seconds a deposit is done), but seems they just don't wan't to give it back when you win. it's not a big amount, still, it's a total disrespect for users. Hello MelissaN, my username on cryptothrills is: Chewing I have recently claimed a 4mBTC no deposit bonus with 60x requirment and wagered all the way through it and withdrew 93.24mBTC. I checked the payment today and it says the status has been reveresed and the balance has been voided. I have done nothing wrong and the chat agent is saying that I have used two bonuses which I haven't. They are throwing everything at me and I need help to get this resolved. This is ridiculous that website is allowed to do this. The chat agent named Simone was very rude to me and insisted on mocking me in the live chat. I see this good looking casino website and see that its offering a no deposit bonus thinking why not ill give it a try. I get lucky and win for once and now they are revoking me for my winnings. Very sad. I hope I can get this resolved.

I have played at crypto thrills and the first time I cashed out they reversed my 3000 win because I exceeded the 1 mbtc bet. The second because I claimed 2 bonuses in a roll. Now the 3rd time I followed all rules cashed out 182 mbtc. Was told they were paying me out as we spoke . went back to check a couple hours later and my account was locked because I was high risk because of some chargeback s from a different casino. I didn't realize when I first started playing that the charges would have different names than the actual casino. I tried to stop it when I figured it out but it was too late. I have tried to take care of the charge backs since but regardless I was allowed to deposit but now that I won and they couldn't find a reason to deny it they had locked my account. I posted a complaint on a different site and they contacted me back agreed to reopen my account but would only pay me 50 mbtc but kept the other 132 mbtc because they had refunded a couple of my credit card payment when they locked my acct. I just don't feel like that is fair. They could've held out what they paid me or I could've sent it back but to keep 132 mbtc of my winnings seems unfair. Can you help me with this. The casino in question is crypto thrills casino. I had taken an exclusive bonus from a site and the max cashout for the bonus had been stated within the bonus itself. It was a stivky non redeemable bonus with 40x wagering and a 5 x bonus max cashout. The sticky bonus was removed on two occassions transferring the balance to my cash balance after wagering. I have the screenshots of the bonus used etc and the full winnings were not paid.
