Crazy Luck— player complaints: 7 in English

I have been waiting 2 full weeks for a payout. They just keep telling me to be patient, they are sorry, they are ashamed of themselves…but still no payout. Another casino did my first payout within 30 minutes. They will not answer my emails and will not let me speak to a supervisor.

I have sent 13th email requests along with numerous chat line conversations requesting that Crazy Luck Casino honor my withdrawal request from June 9, 2017 for $1300. Each time I contact a rep on chat line I am told that I will be paid in 1-2 days through Upay. When I call their phone I get no answer. My request is over 3 months old. That was on May 24, 2017, it's now June 27th and I'm no more closer to receiving my payment and have continuously been brushed off by everyone on live chat, the "toll free" support number doesn't work and I have not received a response from any emails; sent to support, accounting and finance. I have made my first withdrawal request (1600 euro) on 20 July, after almost 40 days of waiting, they suggested me to reverse the cashout and play a little more to get money (!!!???), I did this, play for 2 days increasing my balance to 3200 (my maximum cashout for that Bonus is 200 euro) then I went in chat and a guy told me " Please make your withdrawal of only 1600 euro" (!!!???) . Well this was done on 1 September, I am still waiting for the cashout, every day in chat they write the same words : ^You will get your money soon" , Wait some more days , and something like this.
