Come On!— player complaints: 6 in English

Hi, I’ve been trying to resolve this by chat and mail dialogue with the casino, but they refuse to refund or compensate me in any way. I have at least one video, perhaps more, showing when I bought expensive freespins for between 2K and 8K, where the game stopped the freespin feature bought after only to spins and showing total amount of win, which was like nothing. Either I want four/five freespin packs at 8K on that game (if they have fixed the issues) or them paying all my bought features back for that specific game which is Blazing Mammoth XL. They refuse to acknowledge my video/s and admit something is wrong. They say it looks ok in transaction history, but they can see in my video it isn’t. I reported this in September, but when you have several issues open and they don’t share the history in their mails, I apparently talked about this in another ticket (how should one know which ticket is about what??) and they just closed it like I haven’t reported it…. A couple of weeks later I asked them about this issue and they started my saying I got my money on Vikings Unleashed (a game I didn’t get my win from freespins for 23K on until I contacted them several times, and then they didn’t even informed me I had gotten them), although this was about the Blazing Mammoth game. After explaining, explaining, explaining they found the closed ticket where I reported the Mammoth game, but since then I’ve been trying to solve this with them, but as I said, they refuse to even admit stuff like this happen and if if wasn’t for the other game missin I might not have been so aware of the issues to notice them. I even bought and played another round to show them the video, but could never believe they would answer or not take action and not compensate me like they have…. It’s me having the proof of what happened, unfortunately not all of the times, but still…. I want this resolved, it’s a lot of money we’re talking about….. Since one can’t send videos in the chat and to large for a mail I posted it to YouTube and linked it to them in the chat to look for themselves. Hello! 2016-05-04 I permanently closed my account at Casinostugan (have proof of this). And a couple of months later I created an account att Comeon. I didnt know at the time, but since they shared the same license back then, I shouldnt have been allowed to do that. I used the same email and personal information so they should have noticed it. Therefore I want a refund of the money I deposited on Comeon, which is about 75000 SEK. I have been in contact with them but they refuse to refund any money at all.

I selfexcluded at Comeon june 2015 because im a gamlingaddict. The failed to exclude me on their other brands so i was able to play and deposit on Hajper, Snabbare Mobilautomaten casinostugan mobilebet I deposited over 50000SEK in total prob more but casinos refuse to give history The failed to protect me in the matter of responible gaming. Playing Leprechaun Song bonus did not add, sent screen shot and have the gaming history, declined paying me for 10 days and said provider's said no game fault.

I was waiting for verification of my account to withdraw and i logged out as to not waste my balance as it was my biggest win ever, i logged in the next day to my funds being completely gone from my account i reported this via chat and they just kept telling me to wait until it was investigated and it never was, iv waited a while and still no word, now my acccount is closed and with no explanation of where my money went. please help guys.

I have an account at www.comeon.com. This account I closed on permament because I can not control my game. I then opened an account at www.mobilbet.com and played there. I closed this account the same as on comone. After 1 year minimum, I opened the account at www.getlucky.com and played there too but have closed it now. I have been in contact with the casino that until now handled this well. I have received a refund from getlucky but not from mobilbet.com. I want them to do a thorough check if this really can sue.
