I won $20,000 SC on Chumba yesterday morning it was on a new game called pigs and pots. I got free bands then during the free bands I got the pick three and then handpicked and ended up with three ultras which was $20,000. Using an algorithm is cheating. I'm tired of spending my money and being cheated with yaws AI algorithms yaw are using to configure out with each individual person based off the way each person separately plays their hands. So if we are betting against the house why is the player drawing the cards first for the house to choose which decision it wants to make cause that's actually house betting against the players hand. The player should bet and be the one gambling against the house cause the player is the one gambling not the house. And also online casino there shouldn't be a computer calculating a algorithm to play against the player is. There should be a live person where you can see them drawing off a actually real deck. Because then the house would literally have to play giving the player a better chance of winning. And does anyone know what an algorithm is???? That is basically a configurational equation teaching itself which decision to make based off of its passed choices and mistakes that it's made so it tries another route or choice till it gets it right amd so on so on doing that over and over till eventually figuring out the best choice so that it will win. Algorithms are ment to finding ways to beat or win against anything it's challenged to go against. Algorithms are not ment to figure out to lose. That's common sense. So to me and I'm sure everyone that it should be illegal for any betting or gambling site or company to use a system that creates algorithms to beat their opponents. That's considered realistically cheating. But now if a person can use a algorithm system themselves to go against the casinos algorithm to them then that would make it somewhat equal. They Permanently Deactivated my account with no explanation. I have done nothing to break there terms. All I did was change my bank account so I could redeem my money into a different account. They had no problem taking my money when I purchased coins with this same account. Not only do I have $370 redeemable on my account I have a few $100 spent on stamps that I have mailed sweeps promotions to them. Hi well I had one $1,000 total playing the slingo game on the online chumba casino and I never received it I requested for it to be sent to my bank account like I always do and they said that I canceled it and it got put back into my gaming account which is not true because I never canceled my payout and even if I did cancel it the money was never returned to my gaming account so I never received it back in my account and I never received it in my personal bank account I have spent days with the dispute department and their customer service trying to explain to them that I never got the money either way they kept closing and blocking my account and saying I had multiple accounts open which I did not they made me verify my identity I don't know how many times I've done it at least 20 times sent them my documents for my identity which in turn they would reopen my account and then when I question about my dispute with my money then they close it and block it again and I had to go through the whole process over again and it's just been ridiculous I had also reported before I even won the money about activity that was on my account that I had never did I had discussed and expressed my concern about somebody being in my account and their security measures I have changed my password I changed my email address to the account I have done all of their security measures that they told me to do and yet it still was acting like somebody who's logged in my account doing stuff that I had not did and I told them about this as well so I just want the money that I won fair and square I am not trying to get over on them I just want what's mine what I want you know I pay them enough money to play so I think that it's only fair that they pay what they owe I took screenshots of all of our conversations I have all of our emails I have everything that was discussed about the situation because I didn't trust it anyway so I just wanted to cover my bases and make sure that I would be able to present this to someone to get my money that they owe me I hope that you guys can help cuz I just want my money that they should have paid me in and just move on and I mean I like their games and everything and I don't want to them to lose me as a customer but this experience has been really really frustrating and I have told them the same thing over and over and over again and it seems like they just ignore it and they don't listen to what I'm saying and then they tried to close my account another time saying that I requested chargebacks when I never did

I hit a jackpot playing online at chumba casino on May 12th at 402 pm at which time chumba put my winnings on my account which was 241 million sweepcoins at that time I logged out of my account and when I logged back in my account my winnings had been removed. They took my winnings for no reason what so ever and still haven't returned them. I won them that's why they was placed on my account in the first place. They should have never removed my winnings. I won't my 241 million sweepcoins placed back onto my account that I had won . Thank you for your time

I won close to 30 grand and was waiting for my account to be verified saying processing and 3 weeks later they blocked my account and not pay me my money I won

On June 2nd Redeem 200 of my winnings to be paid out. Today is July 5th and I still have not been paid my money. Now I’m not even getting response from chumba anymore

i have had my account with chumba casino for awhile, i haven't been verified yet and i haven't bothered with it since i haven't hit anything really big enough to cash out, well i finally hit $5000 yesterday, so i decided to go verify, i went to check my Gmail and discovered Google signed me out for "suspicious activity" and to sign in using a device ive been on before. i do what it asks and it will say they do not have enough info to verify me, i put my password it, says it again its stuck in a loop. i have no 2FA for it , i know my password but it will NOT LET ME IN. im not very concerned as i had just had to move in with family because our previous rental house got condemned due to no repairs being made.      i contacted chumba and told them the situation that i just need to change my email because i am locked out and have no access to it. im not sure if they will allow me to change it, i don't see why not? but you cannot make multiple accounts and i don't want them closing this one to open a new one as ill lose my winnings and i have put in a good amount of money this is the first time ive actually won, i've reached out to chumba on my new email, so far no response. i feel like this was some sick game from the devil, cause somehow my email just being locked and me having no way to get in EVEN THOUGH I KNOW MY PASSWORD is just cruel.  does anybody know anything or have any similar problems? im desperate.

Hello-I have submitted numerous tickets to chumba customer support regarding my account and have received little to no support and have been pending a response for a couple weeks now. I discovered my email was changed without my authorization and brought this to their attention. In their response they told me I need to respond using the registered email on my account but I can’t because it’s not my email! I have sent them several forms of documentation to verify my identity and confirmed all of my personal information and still have not heard back yet they were able to change my email without any proof of identification in a day?  While this is in review, they have blocked my account. However, prior to submitting this ticket I had a large pending redemption and sweep coins still on my account. I received an email letting my know the redemption had been approved. I had asked them several times to confirm the banking information as someone obviously was able to change my email without my permission prior to it being processed and the response I received just said it was processed without acknowledging my ask. Luckily the redemption did go into my account but the block is still on my account and I can’t even check if my sweep coins are still there. This situation has been very frustrating due to the lack of response from chumba and I’m worried that once I have access to my account all of my money will be gone. I have added new comments to the open ticket but have not received a response or update in over a week. Every time I open a ticket requesting an update they immediately close it out and say I already have an open ticket. Please advise. 

So basically Chumba closed my account out permanently with 100 dollars of my money. Basically they told me that supposedly I had 2 accounts associated with my info, which I was not aware of! First they asked me which account was the one I use.. and I advised them of the one and only account I used that is actually linked right to my Facebook! They pretty much said ok, from here on forward, you must only use this one account or else you'll be banned basically. I agreed, although I never created a second account. So then one day, out of no where.. I go to sign in and it's says my account was blocked. So I sent them multiple emails asking them what happened.. but for the longest time, got no response. I just kept getting these automated emails saying sorry we are extremely backed up right now but we will get back to you! More time went by and nothing. I would say a few months went by, at least, before someone finally responded. All they had said was my account was under review by them and they would contact me with the outcome, which they never did! So I sent them some more emails and even logged a few complaints advising them of my situation. Finally some one responds and says that I breached their terms and conditions, so there for my account had been permanently closed forever. Which I really don't understand why. I didn't do anything wrong or "breach their terms"! But I just said ok, fine, whatever.. but I do want my money back that was in my account when you guys decided to close it. I advised them that this was only fair! But unfortunately never got a response!!! 😞 can u guys help me please???

          This issue stems back a bit. I asked to be permanently banned from the casino a while back because of my gambling. They obliged. They also reopened account same day I requested. I have asked for documents and date I reopened my account to see my net losses because I can only see 2 weeks worth but customer service never responds. I am estimating in the low end of 10000 to 20000. I have also asked multiple times to change my bank account . I have sent the documents in with no luck. I do not have the bank account they have me listed under and ive told them, and my skrill account i had locked. The only redemption i use is their mastercard. I go on to win this weekend for 2380 and 500. Neither time can i withdraw because it says over daily limit, which i wasnt. I tried emailing them about how mad i was explaining the issue but thNked them for listening. No response. Theyve been fairly good but now ive given them everything even thiugh i told them i had gambling issue, i even asked are you sure my account is ok to reopen because i asked for permanent ban. At this point, between given them 10s of thousands, and them ignoring my bank account change request multiple times ( their sister site global poker even changed it for me on a linked email with chumba) leaving me with no withdrawal method with the card not being able to withdraw, i believe i am owed.
