I made my first withdrawal request on Apr 10th - amount €1507,00. After several contacts with support (Chat and email), they cancelled my request on Jun 1st without any justification. I requested a new withdrawal of €1450,00 on Jun 1st. Since then, I've been insisting but they keep no paying. Please do what you can do help me to get paid. Thank you so much.

I was once self excluded (after asking on more than one occasion to get them to listen) from the site Cherry Fiesta as I explained to them I have a major gambling problem. Then one day I stupidly asked them to reopen it and they did without asking any questions at all. I've since asked them to permanently blocky my account permanently on several occasions and all requests by both online chat and email have been completely ignored allowing me to speak hundreds and hundreds of pounds. Last night was the most recent date where I spent £1200 on my credit card. The site seems like an absolute scam. The transaction come up with a completely random name and doesn't even state that it is a gambling company. I'm not sure if this is something you would even deal with but I'm hoping you can help me complain to this disgrace of a company.

I made a deposit with a bonus 265%. Played and wager x 50 with a maximum bet of €5. Won made a withdrawal of 3500 and it got cancel. Reason was because I placed a bet more than 30% on my deposit amount which is not true. 3500 cancel including 300 i had to continue playing and only gave me back 50. Fine that was cancel. Then I played again won 900. Didn't submit the withdrawal but they removed 900 and returned back my deposit amount of €50. Same reason saying I played more than €15. My max bet was only €5 and didn't exceed. In total I lost my winnings of 3800 + 900. This is so upsetting.
