Hi there, iv tried to withdraw my winnings into my bank card as this is an option available. The other 2 methods, available, iv never heard of. Iv contacted support and the response I received was “unfortunately I don't work in a bank”. My card is a Mastercard/visa and I can deposit money from it into the app. I'd like to get my small winnings which is only $50 more than iv actually deposited. I plan to delete my account with them once this is resolved. It's very unfair and unjust!! Thankyou ▇▇▇▇▇

i depositted with welcome bonus in this casino and played games and wagered funds normally, i cannot go play nothing else than playongo games because if goed nothing else it didint give because i was in bonus money so it gived normally play playango games with out saying you cant. so i won over 600 in reactoons and then i goed live chat to ask why mine wager is 80x though that it should be 45x. then my bonus was cancelled and today them said that i was breaking the rules because i played reactoons and i lost all.

My withdrawal was rejected on 01.08. I have asked both by email and chat several times after withrawal without getting an answer. Response was again that they have send me email and that I have to reply that. I have again explained that I haven`t got any email. Chat just said that I have to fix my email and there is nothing they can do. Btw. the worst customer service I have ever had. Now the situation is that I can`t do anything. They don`t answer in chat and I dont receive their emails. I have offered that we can try to solve this via a different email address or by phone, but they declined. I have all our messages saved.

The casino bonus that I applied is ´´forbidden to use´´on certain games,the game I played was ´´forbidden´´and I won some money on that.
