Request a withdraw on 29-11-2021 to be told be processing in 24-72 hours, spoke on chat as 72 hours gone by to then have email after chat conversation stating I need to verify my account my account was finally verified Tuesday 02-11-2021 still longer then 72 hours gone by and no withdraw, went on chat to be told they have blocked my account as I stated it was frustrating me messaging where is my withdraw, I’ve emailed with no reply all they kept telling me when I could get on chat to speak to someone was it’s under review it’s the 6-11-2021 and still no withdraw from casino planet to my registered PayPal account so much to withdraw time 72 hours

Casino Planet - Not paying me my withdrawal

It has now been 18 days since i made my withdrawal. My account is verified, im withdrawing 5,500 from two different game providers and they are saying they are checking with pragmatic even though one is not with them it is with play and go. They even sent me over my game play. Keep saying the same thing to me, agents putting the chat down. Im asking how long can this take and i will not have any answers from anyone. 18 days for a withdrawal and no answers is not okay. I have all screenshots and chats. I want my money i won.

Casino Planet - Refusing to provide information about delayed withdrawals payout

The casino regulations are that they payout withdrawals within 1-3 working days, via visa pmt. I made two withdrawals on 26 July 2021 and one on 29 July 2021 totaling £2331.00. They remain pending after numerous emails and live chats and the casino refuses to provide honest information about the delay in paying out. I cannot get them to explain or answer any of my questions. I have copies of the withdrawals and of the emails and transcripts of the chats I've had with the customer service. Hello ThePogg, Hope you are keeping well. I played slots at CasinoPlanet on the 19th Decemeber 2020. Got a decent win of £975 so I made a withdrawal. After a week or so I hadn't received my withdrawal so I emailed and asked for an update. I just got a generic response of someone is looking into it and will come back to me soon. On Friday 13th November 2020 I deposited with Casino Planet and received a bonus.With my cash I played roulette for a bit and won. With my balance at £1,500 I forfeited my untouched bonus and made a withdrawal of £1,485 (£1,500 minus the transaction fee).Over that weekend I received a request for documents which I immediately provided. Good evening ThePogg. On the 26/06/20 I signed up to Casino Planet and took advantage of their 100% deposit match bonus. Upon finishing my wagering, I tried to withdraw the £831.42 in the account. Casino Planet have not paid this out, and have locked my account so I cannot log in. I have a conversation that I had with live chat where they told me they would escalate it and get back to me, but I have heard nothing and I am still locked out. Please help.

Casino Planet - made me start playing with bonus and them closed the account

I deposited 300 EUR to casino and received 300 EUR bonus. I was playing "SECRET ADMIRER" and casino just closed my account with the balance of 448 EUR. When I contacted them I received a reply that they will not refund me anything as my full balance was bonus money. So what happened here is that casino just let me start playing with the bonus to confiscate my money. They refuse to refund me the deposit despite the fact that they haven't given me the opportunity to play!!
