**Bonjour,** En décembre 2020, j’ai rencontré un litige concernant un gain de 5 000 euros sur le site « Casino Disco ». Ils ont refusé de me payer, prétextant dans un premier temps que je m’étais auto-exclu pour cause d’addiction sur l’une de leurs filiales, « Orient Express Casino ». Peu de temps après, ils ont changé de justification, invoquant cette fois un non-respect des conditions de mise. Pourtant, je tiens à préciser que j’ai uniquement joué avec mon propre argent et jamais avec des bonus. Par conséquent, il n’y avait aucune condition de mise applicable à mon cas. Ne connaissant pas bien les démarches à suivre, je n’ai pas su comment les attaquer en justice à l’époque. Aujourd’hui, bien que les faits remontent à 2020, je souhaite ne pas abandonner cette affaire, car je suis convaincu d’avoir été victime d’une arnaque. I kept receiving promotional emails from this site because I signed up a long time ago. They are well aware that I am based in the UK (as my profile says). I always thought UK players were allowed and now I'm asking for a refund as the legality of the site is questioning.

I made 4 deposits on 7-10-2019 with the total amount of €60 I won some money and requested a withdrawal of €100. This is their minimum withdrawable amount. I sent in all my documents and they were approved last week. Yesterday I received an email that my withdrawal of €15 has been approved. They rejected a payout, after meeting wagering requirements, to me and then summarily took the money off my account, due to "irregular play"; just because I played both table games and slots while still having wagering requirements. Even though their Bonus T's & C's does not forbid it! It says: "Once a player starts to use a bonus on slot games, the wagering must be completed on slot games. Over a week or 2 I deposited over 700 pounds, I won 1200 euros which I withdrew, later that week I was phoned to be told only 600 euros would be paid as I had a 10euro bet on blackjack and had apparently broken a term and condition, Iv got a lot of casino accounts and have never come across anything like this
