I tried to withdraw the amount and they told me that I had exceeded the maximum bets and they did not let me collect the money that it cost me to win. This is a shame. The same thing happens to me now with another withdrawal I want to do. Can you help me

I am very disappointed with the above company, I played fairly through their bonus and won over 1001 euro's I withdrew 500. I sent all the paperwork required but now I have been told that I cannot have the money and the sum of 56.67 have been returned to my account. I have been told that I that bet too high but this isn't so. I am absolutely fuming.Can you help?

Hi I need your help! So I deposited 20 euros to Casino1 and wanted to use 100% bonus but could not because I managed to do few spins before I got hold of chat help to request the bonus. I was declined the bonus and I was cool with it because it was my mistake. But then some time later the live chat representative wrote to me in the chat and said that they I can give you 10 euros to your account if you want. I said yeah sure and got the 10 euros right away and that was it. No one told that regular bonus terms and rules apply. The wagering on that 10 euros was more than 800 euros and It took me many hours to wager it. Once wagering was fulfilled and I had 728 euros on my account I decided to withdraw. After sending them all required documents I got an email that said that my withdrawal is declined due to placing single bets equal to or grater than 30% from the value of the bonus credited to the player account.I really don`t know if I made any bets bigger that 2-3 euros because as I said it was hours and hours of gambling. As i see it if I would have chosen the bonus myself then I would have known witch bonus I`m getting and what rules apply but if an live chat representative is offering me extra 10 euros to my account he or she should tell me that its a 10 euro bonus where usual bonus rules and terms apply. At the moment it seems like the live chat representatives are couched to push on bonus money without informing the clients so later on they can easily decline the withdrawal and that is called a scam as far as I know it.

i deposited &50.00 canadian and had a 400% bonus. I bet low until i had met my wagering requirements. then my max bet was $16.00. They have denied my withdraw for over betting. please help.

My complaint is more so aimed at the whole company. Game tech group. I self excluded from several casinos. Owned by this group and also asked that I was excluded from ALL of their casinos. I since have been hounded by promotional emails from casino 1 club. And other casinos owned by the group. I have been battling a severe addiction for quite some time and when doing well this group always fly at me with a new casino which leads me to give in to the temptation.i have always used the same username and email address at all casinos so they as a group are fully aware it is me. I find this irresponsible in every way

Hi. I have been playing on casino1 site.  Username [EDIT]  I requested a withdrawal of €5800. After 3 days waiting to be contacted about my security details I recited an email saying my request had been rejected and my winnings cleared off my account. Due to irregular betting. I have contacted them on numerous times and all they say is I broke there terms and conditions  . Please can you help as I feel like they just don't want to pay out. I make a right and put it on the conclusion 1739.00 €. I sent all the documents. After 5 days, the cancellation came output. The win lifted. Deposit returned to balance. formulation cancellation: "In accordance with our Terms and Conditions on the wrong game, we denied your request for withdrawal and to cancel all winnings earned by you." I'm an experienced player, always learn the rules and do not break them. No failures, the game's story confirms it. When asked to support "that it has been particularly disturbed" No answer.
