CampeonBet— player complaints: 12 in English

CampeónBet confiscated €214.41 from my account after I completed a bonus under all stated terms. I have contacted their support three times and Curaçao eGaming (Licence 1668/JAZ) with full documentation, but received no explanation or response. This is unacceptable and I will continue to pursue this matter through all available regulatory and consumer protection channels.

Hello! I have won some money and then I requested a withdrawal. However they cancelled my withdrawal and then sent me an email saying I have breached the terms and conditions (attached). They returned my deposit and in the meantime I could withdraw it but my winnings (731.62 EUR) are gone. Here is their email: Dear ▇▇▇▇▇ We would like to inform you that your withdrawal has been cancelled by the payments department and the amount of €731.62 has been removed from your balance due to the breach of the following Terms & Conditions: 12.10 Company reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to void any winnings and forfeit any balance (winnings and deposits) in your betting account, to terminate the Agreement and/or to suspend the provision of the Services or deactivate your account if: i) we identify you have disguised, or interfered, or taken steps to disguise or interfere, in any way with the IP address of any Device used to access our Site (such as using a Virtual Private Network “VPN”) ii) it comes to our attention that the customer used forged documents (photos, scanned documents, screenshots etc.) during the verification procedure or in any point time the Agreement is active iii) there is a reasonable suspicion that you have committed or attempted to commit a bonus abuse, either on your own or as part of a group iv) you are involved in any fraudulent, collusive, fixing or other unlawful activity in relation to Your or third parties’ participation or you use any software-assisted methods or techniques or hardware devices for Your participation in any of the services provided by the Company. Lastly, please note that the amount of your deposit remains in your account. Can you please help to get my money back? Thank you!

I had a balance of $6112.66 I made a withdrawal of $500 it took 3 days to process on the last day when I was supposed to finally recieve my funds they cancelled my withdrawal and claimed I had an active bonus on account and that I violated the terms. They not only cancelled withdrawal they ended up taking away my entire balance of $6112.66. There was no sports bonus on my account when I was placing these bets this was my own money. They keep giving me the same reply saying I violated the bonus terms and that the decision is final. They won’t return my money so please help me recover it. After delaying the verification process its been 5 weeks since CampeonBet refuses to process my withdrawal (and its just the first part since their limit is 1.000 per withdrawal), support refuses to help and only gave an answer about the payout without and kind of timeframe so i feel like i am being scammed. Please help, i also have to note that i am fully verified. Also as i see they do not have valid licence and also i have mail form them where they blackmail me if i withdraw my complaint they will payout me immediatly.

Hello, when I wanted to withdraw my money from campeonbet.com they asked to see my notarized documents in order to authorize the withdrawal. I have submitted all required documents, notarized by a lawyer (my ID and my proof of address). Documents were successfully verified.But, my withdrawal request was still rejected, Campeonbet said that they will get in touch with me, but they never did. They have closed my account without even sending me an email to tell me that. Can you please help? Thank you. I am happy to send all the correspondence in between us, if necessary. I am from Kicevo ,Macedonia and I have an account at campeonbet.com. I current have a pending withdrawal of 1000 euros that I made last month. I have verified my account and documents. They have paid me before but I don't know why my current withdrawal is being delayed. I also sent messages and emails to the casino and they said that my account was under under review and that they will inform me as soon as possible. My account has been under review for more than a month and they won't tell me why.

In February I registered in Campeonbet. I did not have any win until the end of March when I won 1 650 EUR. Then I got myself into the exhausting verification process which had no chance to end. So, after sending the documents that were initially requested by the casino I was asked to send the photo with my ID in front of my computer screen which I did. Then I had numerous tries to get in touch with the casino - through the email and support but it was just a waste of time. Then a week ago I got the message from them were they stated there was an investigation in my account and I would not be paid. I have a complaint regarding Campeonbet.com I have an account with campeonbet.com however it appears they are not registered with the U.K. Gambling Commission. I have a balance of £5000 but they have not actioned my withdrawal request which I requested on 13/05 (2 weeks ago tomorrow), they delayed verification of my account and have become unresponsive to my communication. They have told me they have found other accounts associated with my IP address, I’m not entirely sure what that means but can 100% guarantee that I’ve only opened one account with campeonbet. Are you able to offer any assistance or advice at all?
