On July 30th the casino service team emailed me to tell me my information had changed that was due to an earlier chat where I found out they did not have my correct birthday on file. I requested a withdrawal from Cafe Casino after depositing approximately $6,000 with them in the last 3 weeks. After requesting my withdrawal, I got a message saying my account was disabled and my withdrawal was denied. When I asked why, they said there was a "security concern" from another online casino. They refused to name the nature of the security concern, or the other casino who had the concern. I am personally unaware of any security concerns. They told me I needed to resolve the security concern (which they would not identify) with the casino (which they would not identify) before my account would be activated. They took my deposits for 3 weeks without issue. I interacted with them multiple times over the 3 weeks before I requested my withdrawal, and not once did they raise a "security concern". That's because there is no "security concern".

It is currently still in queue as we're unfortunately dealing with some verification delays but as soon as the process is complete, an update will be sent to you via account messages and email address registered on the account." 11/24/19 - Asked for an update and received the response "While we understand the concern regarding your account, we're still awaiting an update from the Verification Team on the documents you've sent. Once this is verified, we'll provide you with an update on your account." 12/2/19 - Asked for an update and have not received a response.
