Burning Bet— player complaints: 5 in English

I deposited $208.99 on the 10th January 2024 on BurningBet and beat the wagering requirement on the 14th . While I was wagering I did the KYC through their in-house/interface and was verified. After I beat the wagering, I requested withdraws totalling $1600. The finance team were not responsive to any emails. I asked in live support 5+ times what is going on with my withdraw requests. I was also told "Finance will review your documents and withdraws from 9am GMT+3 - 1800 GMT. It is now day #5. I have supplied even more documentation and even their partner JoinAFF affiliate manager Y, Will not talk to the casino on my behalf and chase up the withdraw. This is very bad customer service in my opinion. On there website , it clearly states, withdraws will take 24-48hrs dependent on deposit method . Since my deposit method was crypto TRC20 , the withdraw shouldnt take the 5 days allocated on their website. They emailed me again today to say my account is fully verified and now they will talk to the provider about my bets etc. This is just another stall tatic they implimented to futher infuriate the player and not honor the withdraw . I am asking POGG to intervene and assist so I am paid asap.

[EDIT] I played with them, I lost, I probably concluded once, I was just lucky a few days ago, I won 459 euros, yesterday I concluded, I’m going to bed, I log in today and it turns out I was blocked, I write to their support service, they say that they sent a letter, but I didn’t receive a letter it arrived... at that moment they sent it and it turned out that I was blocked and my money would not be paid or anything else, they just decided, “I’m a verified player,” “[EDIT], give me back my money.” I followed all the rules and if you think the casino is always right then you're a casino too.

I cant verify my account because my surname is written twice on my account accidentally so it is not the same as on my ID cards obviously. I cant change it myself. Chat support says they can't change it either, told me to send e-mail so I sent them many e-mails about this case and haven't got any answer. Its been couple of months now and my money is stuck.

I deposited 3600 EUR to bookmaker Burning Bet (Altacore N.V.) I planned to make sport bets. But they immediately set a zero stake limit for me. They force me to play casino games. I don't want to play casino games and ask them to return money. But they reject my fair demand. Please help to return my money!

I played here 14/4/2021, and won 800 euros. I have tried to withdraw my winnings many times, and all I get is automated emails asking me for the same documents over and over again, even though, I've sent them many times. Please help with this, I simply want my winnings.
