Not only do you actually win but afterwards they pay out super quick no hassles. Also they have Live support whenever you need it, so no AI chat Bots talking you in circles while you're trying to figure out an issue. I will always play at Bovada!!

Scam scam scam! Customer service is awful, they are sneaky, pushy, manipulative liars. I. received a $25 free bonus. I won over $18,000 from that free bonus, when I went to withdraw, they required me to deposit $100 which I was has hesitant about. I didn't have that to spend. When I spoke with customer service(Shane) He assured me as soon as I deposited the $100 I would be able to withdraw my winnings. . Well, That did not happen. They proceeded by requiring an additional $205 to unlock my account and have access to my original 100$. when I told Shane and "the senior manager on duty" Mark, That I wanted a refund b/c i couldn't access the money like he flat out toldMe I would be able to, they did nothing to help but tell me if I did not deposit the $205 my account would be flagged and the IRS would freeze my bank account and my Apple Pay account and whatever other accounts I have if I did not deposit and finish the transaction due to large amount I have in my brovada account.

I hate the new look of the website. Please go back to the old ones. Try and get with the same combinations available on Draftkings and FanDuel and Kalshi ect. Ex: Can't combine run line with total in MLB. I get error messages everytime I deposit and withdraw. Having to try multiple times. I've cleared my cache, my cookies, everything. Nothing changes. I've played with Bovads and when I win I've been able to get my winnings with no issues. The one time I had an issue with a scammer it was resolved even though it had nothing to do with them. I also love all the options on sports bets they have. They are great. I recommend them.
