DO NOT PLAY HERE! BOVADA IS NOT TRUSTWORTHY. THEY DO NOT TAKE CARE OF THEIR HIGH LEVEL/LOYAL CUSTOMERS, AND THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY FROM YOU REGARDLESS OF PROVIDING PROOF OF WEBSITE ISSUES. Bovada's games glitch every other turn. I've been having issues with two crash games for a long time, and brought it up with chat support because it was costing me thousands in winnings. Chat support told me to get screenshots next time so they could compensate me, and attempt to fix the issue......(this has happened 5 times, they don't give a sht about fixing the issue because they want your money and they can get away with it).Guess what? I took 12 screenshots of errors, before and after bets, that proved Bovada's glitchy website cost me $600 in winnings in under 15 minutes. They literally asked me to get these screenshots the night before so I could be compensated for the winning wagers. Their response? A kindly fck you, we're keeping your money. I'm a Legend 2 player, I've wagered millions on this site and they've refused to pay me $600 in winnings after providing the proof that THEY ASKED FOR. They wouldn't even offer a bonus, which I NEVER ask for. In reality, they owe me thousands. But I know I'll never get it because Bovada is corrupt and their agents are insane.Bovada is a terrible gambling site. Your odds of winning money are MUCH better at a live casino or a legal online US casino. Bovada will only take your money. And when you win, they STILL take your money LOL. Bovada is such a joke I can't believe it's been running for so long. I've caught the chat agents lying(have screenshots) countless times. I'd been winning money on bonus rollovers, and all the sudden the sports betting options were cut drastically. They wouldn't allow me to bet on anything even remotely close to winning a decent amount. Somehow I still pushed through with smaller winnings, but the rollover percentages weren't adding up like they were supposed to. The requirement for my particular bonus was $250 wagered in sports. I ended up wagering over $400, and the chat agent told me it was because my winnings were low. The terms clearly state that the rollover is completed once $250 is wagered. Once I pointed this out, the agent ended the chat immediately. This happens every time I catch them in a lie or call them out for contradicting themselves. In that one interaction, this chat agent made up 3 separate lies as to why I wasn't getting my money, and after throwing the terms and conditions at him, he ended the chat. They're lying, stealing cowards who read off a script until the customer calls them out for it.DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE! YOU MIGHT AS WELL LIGHT IT ON FIRE. I'm lucky I've won twice as much as I've lost on my main site, otherwise I'd sue them just to make them pay the insane lawyers fees lol.To Bovada: My review video with all the screenshots of your lying, corrupted agents will be going live to over 7.5 million subscribers in the gambling space in a couple weeks.
