I had a payment of 5000 on 04/11/2022 and won big yesterday the casino is requested I provide cards that have already been verified are to be sent again holding the cards (with a selfie) and the casino is aware that some of my cards are losed and are not being fair as all cards and documents have been verified and nothing has changed since last verification please help

They keep putting the money back into my casino account and asking for more and more verifications I have had to get my documents NOTORISED now I have had payout from this casino before and never had to go thru all this they take days to get back to each email just to ask for some other bit of information that I have already provided them I have complyed with everything they have asked but I'm still waiting could you please help me I no what they are doing they hope that I'll play it back thru

Put through a withdrawal 1/12/19 for $2003 without claiming a deposit bonus and that was still “processing” on the 4/12/19. I then deposited again (without a deposit bonus) and won another $1000 so cancelled my withdrawal and then put it through again for $3003 (4/12/19). Now it’s nearly the 11/12/19 and it’s still processing and live chat have been useless. I have made multiple withdrawals before without a issue and have had my account verified from sign up with all relevant documents approved and multiple withdrawals made over time. It’s not very “responsible service of gambling” if I can still cancel my withdrawal and spin it all back after so many days.

On a live table of baccara they didnt pay the win and changed the table history. I have screenshot to prove it.

I made two deposits. The first I deposited 1000 and apparently I received a 200 bouns. I played the balanced down in keno but the bouns was not shown or active on keno so once I lost the 1000 I deposited another 899 and won over 105k. They confiscated 95000 because they claim the bouns was active and I breached terms and conditions. How was I supposed to know the bouns was active when it didn’t show up on the game I was playing (keno). I believe they are using this so called loop hole to not pay what is owned. Bonza spins cancelled my $1000 withdrawal because the reckon i won the money by making bet that were to big for the bonus that i was on, they are claiming that i won the money with $4 and $6.25 bets, where in fact after i made the $35 deposit with $17 bonus attached to deposit i was making $1 spins on a wazdan game called miami beach, and i won $700 within a few spins then i won another $1100 on same game with same amount $1, after i had won the $1800 on miami beach i started playing some other games for various amounts including $4 and $6.25, but i never got another decent win and when i had lost 6 or 7 hundred i withdrew $1100 which i later cancelled and withdrew $1000, in email they sent me they are claiming i won all the money by making bets to high , if you go into my game history it clearly tells you that i won the money on $1 bets on miami beach, but they have cancelled my money
