Hi, I won !4000 euros from black label casino and tried to withdraw. they wouldn't let me withdraw it all so i withdrew 5000 and had 9k left. because i bought onto the board they have now removed all of my winnings (i got it up to 17631.17 euros) and left me with my 100 deposit

Hi. I won €26000 after depositing €6500 in one night (€14500 over 4 days) across 20-25 deposits in October. I have received €5000 in November & €5000 in December and haven’t deposited since. Today after waiting 2 weeks for my next €5000 they phone me up saying due to the t&cs on 13.3 i cannot receive any more payments but they will pay me €2000 as a gesture of goodwill. I have flat out refused this as it was never mentioned before and seems a way to just get out of payment me. I have said I would want at least half of this balance outstanding to cover all my deposits at the casino v withdrawals. Please can you advise what I should do?

I wish I had read the reviews on Black Label over a year ago . I am someone with a gambling problem I will freely admit this . It is why I joined Black Label as they accept players from who are Gamstop Registered and banned from playing legitimate casinos. Anyway to cut a long story short I have lost about £8000.00 on Black Label and never won a penny back. I validated my account about 1 year ago with them . A few days ago I finally got to the stage I could withdraw and asked for £100.00 back . I have requested a withdrawal as I won 2500 euros. There was no bonus involved and I deposited over 200 euros to play. The withdrawal policy states I have to upload documentation. After the request I received an email telling me to reply to the email with my documents, so I did. I also sent my documents to [email protected] as this is the only email I can see for the company. Both emails came back as not being able to be delivered. I spoke to the 24/7 online support which seems a little sketchy and they have informed me that they have received the documents but they need to be verified by finance and it could take up to 5 days. I have taken screen shots of all contact through the online chat in case I need it for evidence. I was also asked to verify my phone number and was called by someone named "EDIT" who done this. He called me the number: [EDIT]". I have read on your website that a few others have had problems with this casino, they seem happy to take your money but won't pay out. Not only have I lost money overtime from making deposits but when I finally have a win I am unable to receive it. I asked to add a loss limit to my account as I didn't want to risk losing all my money in the run up to Christmas. The online chat confirmed they had added this. I then spoke to another customer service rep and they confirmed their colleague had added the wrong limit. Now I have lost all my funds. I also have an account with Golden Axe (Both owned by Prism Marketing). I'd be happy to receive either the money spend over the agreed loss limit, or my deposited fund to both sites, whichever is least but any help is much appreciated. Casino is part of prism but called black label casino. I deposited 50 euros and bet away until I reached 2500 euros. I withdrew and had all relevant paperwork and proof address and such sent over. I went on the website to check my withdrawal and it was missing. I contacted support and was told that the withdrawal was rejected as I'd broken the max bet rules. They have a 30% of deposit max bet. I did not break this rule. I deposited 50 euros and my highest spin was 8 euros which equates to not even 20%. I have had no correspondence via email to say why it was rejected. I have checked all my game history and haven't once bet over the amount specified.
