The name is betbigdollar.com and this is a [EDIT] casino.I am a consistent online gambler and this casino terms and conditions are bogus. On 3/13/2021 I won $3,003.53 from a bonus I added and I completed the playthrough requirement. I withdraw my funds and two days later I check the status of my payment and it's negative $1000. I call the toll free number and was informed that I won't be getting the full payment amount but only $1000. The other $2000 will go back to the bank. These terms are illegal if you win at an online casino and complete the playthrough the funds you won are released. This man on the toll free number was very rude and told me it doesn't matter if I win $10,000 if a bonus was attached I will only get $1000 max. This casino is [EDIT] and it needs to get shut down. I would like for this casino to payout my $2003.53 that I rightfully won. I deposited so much money to this casino for them to take my money and tell me I only get $1000 when I won $3000. No casino I've ever played at online does this. This is ridiculous and I'm going to continue to blacklist and write reviews on ever website I can think of until I get my payment. Americans work hard all so these hanky online casinos can take our money and not pay out. That's my word if I don't get paid out this casino won't be in business long. I don't play about my money and I trusted this casino and they stole my money and let me down. Please stay away. The customer service reps don't even answer on the live chat they just sit there and don't respond.

I played at Big Dollar and won April 5th, 2020. I requested my withdrawal of $496 the same day. I have checked the site daily,last day being April 11th and it still shows as pending. I submitted all required documents to verify my identity as requested my payout via wire. I have contacted customer service daily via online chat and have emailed to get status updates which I have still not received any responses to. The last rep on the chat said I had 4 credit cards listed with them on my account which could cause a problem. Three of those cards are no longer in existence, have been shredded and trashed. I emailed them again explaining this. I sent twice an email with the picture of the front and back of the card I used to make my deposit. I was excited to actually win this time but feel as though they are trying to not pay me. And the only emails I get from them are about promotions they are offering. Yet they are happy to accept my deposits. I understand they may be shorthanded right now due to [the current medical situation] but they could at least respond to my emails. If the workload is too much then maybe they should not be open for business temporarily. Not fair to take people's deposits but not pay if they are lucky enough to win.

I have a withdrawal request which was originally for 250 but casino reduced it to 100.00. I have been waiting for this since 03/13/19. I have another for 300.00 which i am waiting on. When i call the casino support i am told they are having problems with their processor and can not even give me an estimate as to when i will get paid

Last Friday 28th I make a withdraw and today they said I use a mix of bonus and deposits. As you can see on the screen shot I made the deposit and then the withdraw. No bonus in the middle. And it's the second time they do this to me, the other one as you can see was on the 21st
