I am a member of Betonline Casino in Panama. On JAnuary 29th, I had $67K USD in my account, after hours of roulette, blackjack, and other play. I withdrew $10K without issue.  The following day, my account rose to $84K with gameplay and decreased to $54K after some losses. I submitted a withdrawal request for $52,800 USD. This withdrawal was declined. I called, but was told that I could not speak to anyone in the financial or gaming departments. On January 30th, I received an email from the financial department stating, "We regret to inform you that we have identified a technical malfunction on our website that occurred on January 29th. This issue led to certain transactions being erroneously credited multiple times to your account." Yesterday, January 31st, my account had casino wins and losses in 3 large amounts added and subtracted. Then it had a "write-off" balance added. It is now at zero dollars and still disabled. I received an email today that the investigation is done and that, due to an unexpected error occurred that resulted in erroneous credits being credited to my account, my balance was wrong and has been adjusted to $0.00. I played several different games to get to the balance that I did. The fact that they are now claiming that my actual wins are an error is completely ludicrous.

Made 2 deposits: - First deposit made by Bitcoin on April 29: Amount $ 1771.63 - The second deposit was made by Litecoin on May 11; amount 1981.00 $ Verification passed on June 12th. The bets were on esports. After a series of bets, the balance was $ 5402 The conclusion was denied, referring to the fact that I had violated the rules and used prohibited software. Hello, I am shocked and disgusted that Betonline voided 4 of my live bets on the MLB game Chicago-Cincinnati on Saturday June 29th. As a reason for these voids they cite: "due to a system outage the administrator could not update the lines and they got stuck. Past post bets were made on obvious wrong lines" I am talking about the following bets: - Bet on Cubs -160 moneyline at 6:02 PM ET placed during the break bottom 6th-top 7th inning at 1-0 score - Bet on Cubs -1,5 run line 170 at 6:02 PM placed during the break bottom 6th-top 7th inning at 1-0 score - Bet on Cubs -1,5 run line 170 at 6:01 PM placed during the break bottom 6th-top 7th inning at 1-0 score - Bet on Cubs -160 moneyline at 5:57 PM placed during the bottom of the 6th inning at 1-0 score. I know Betonline sometimes void bets because according to them they are placed at wrong lines. They void every now and then a bet (I would say 1 out of a 100) and if they do, they void within 2-3 minutes max after bet placement. That way they are not freerolling the clients and keeping it as fair as possible. Even though their voids often seem very random and I cannot agree with them, at least they give the customer a chance to place their bets at another sportsbook again if they void them so quickly. Now as you can see, I placed some bets on the Cubs moneyline and -1,5 run line at normal odds in my opinion. At least I could never suspect those were wrong. The first bet was placed at -160 odds during the bottom of the 6th inning (Cincinnati at bat) in which not much happened. Normal odds for a team which was 120 underdog before the game started and now leading 1-0 in this phase of the game. Then the other 3 bets were placed during the break after the 6th inning was completed. Other bookmakers had very much comparable odds (Pinnacle had 155 for -1,5 and Betcris had 160 for -1,5). Betonline slightly higher with their 170 but for sure not warranting a "clear wrong odds" void. And indeed, bets kept standing for a long time, all normal so far. The 7th inning went by without any runs scored, still 1-0 Cubs after 7 innings. Then, during the top of the 8th inning the Cubs loaded up the bases and hit a grand slam homer, which pushed the score up from 1-0 to 5-0. Then about 30 seconds later I suddenly I saw the number of open bets decreasing and I thought "wow are they settling them now already as winners?" (they sometimes settle when a game is not over yet but it's already 99,9% decided). But then to my disgust I saw they were all void......more than 20 minutes after bet placement and with over a full inning being played in between! I have never experienced this in my life and had been a loyal customers for over 2 years. If they do not honor these bets I will be gone there forever....absolutely disgusting behaviour! A total of $5060 in winnings were voided. This is very unfair behavior from Betonline. It clearly looks like they decided to see how this game would go and only void if my bets were winners and let them stand if losing. Otherwise they would have voided within 2-3 minutes after placement, like they always do when they void. P.S. I also placed some bets on Cubs -1,5 run line at another bookmaker about 10 minutes after my bets at Betonline and the odds there were 305 and 315 (I can attach a screenshot if needed but don't know how). This was during the break between 7th and 8th inning. So this 170 one full inning earlier was totally in line with this. I really hope you can talk to Betonline management and make them see that this is unfair treatment and correct their mistake by re-grading the bets to winners. On 3/19/2019 we discover that our 12 yr old son has been gambling at bet online ag. And using our credit card. I contacted bet online regarding the unauthorized charges and also ask how was a 12 yr old able to open an account with them. The customer service representative first denied that the account existed then claimed that there was not deposit because they dont take Paypal, I was able to provide copies of the charges on my Paypal Mastercard. I was assured that I would be contacted by a supervisor and my complaint was escalated. There has been no attempt to contact me by this casino. I was also told that they would not issue a refund. I currently have a dispute with PayPal as unauthorized charges. I still wonder how my son was able to open this account.i have also contacted our State Attorneys office.
