Hello, I deposited there around 150eur via skrill, can't remember when, probably around 3-4 months ago, after sime time I make 1160eur and when wanted to make withdrawal via skrill it was pending for days (10 days) and after that every time they declined with excuse that maybe there is wrong something with my skrill cause they can't process withdrawal, but I received money from other casinos on skrill regular. They said me to try to deposit via snother method minimum dum and to try withdraw on that method. I did it with my neteller account but everything was same as it was with Skrill , and after for around 2 months since the mine first try of withdraw I still never get any cent of this casino. I would very grateful if you can help me to get my money.

I deposited money (1500 euro) to Betiton sporsbook on 25th of September 2021. I checked my account and it did not show any bonuses. On October 2nd I logged in and started doing live sports betting in Soccer and noticed that I needed more funds in order to do all the bets I wanted, so I deposited additional 1500 euro to the account and continued betting. When depositing I made sure I did not input any codes for bonuses. The day went well and I won 2196,33 euro, so my total amount was 5196,33 euro. Next day I come online wanting to do more betting and I notice that I have received a betting limit and could not bet anymore. So I proceeded to cashout. However, I noticed that I got 200 euro casino bonus with 35x wagering requirement from my second deposit, even though I did not input any promotion codes nor have I ever even been on the casino side of the Betiton website. So I asked support to remove the bonus and wagering requirement for it. They said that bonus will be removed. Few days passed and nothing happened, so I proceeded to contact the support again. This time the support said they could not remove the bonus and that I would have to complete the full wagering requirement of 7000 euro in casino SLOTS. I told them that how can I get a bonus without inputting any promotion codes or agreeing on receiving a bonus, or even being informed about getting a bonus. Now they are literally making me play casino slots in order to cashout my original deposit + winnings. I would say that this is an absurd violation of my rights and in no way in accordance to gambling laws and regulations. I ask you to help me solve this matter so I can get my original deposit and winning cashed out from the website. In addition, I would like you to investigate Betition and their way of forcing people to gamble in cases where they do not want to do so. I'm sure this is not an isolated incident. Hello, I noticed you have a great review on betiton and that you guarantee to return the deposits if I am treated unfairly. I am having problems with them since 2 weeks ago. I had placed bets with them with my own money, have not used and bonuses, I placed bets that they offered with the limits the are offering, and when I checked I had around 1250€ in my account. Then when I tried to log in later my account was suspended and I was told this via email: We would like to inform you that your account has come to our attention due to discrepancies identified during our regular security checks. Then I tried to contact them via live chat for some explanations but only got the same copy paste answers as in the email. When I told them to please withdraw the money that is in my account as I can not log in, they told me I have 0€ in my account, even when a few hours before I checked and there was over 1200€ there. they told me that all of my bets were voided. Now they can void my pending bets and return the bet, but how can they void the bets there were settled a month ago, or a week ago, and take the winnings and the bet ? This makes no sence, and they offered no explanation, no evidence of what I have done, nothing at all. And they have done the same to my accounts with karamba and hopa. Where I also did not use any bonuses, I did nothing to cheat them, used no bets to cover the lines with them or anything, I just normally placed bets that they offered. I contacted MGA and was told to contact you as their ADR and ask for your help, So please help me with this if you can do anything as this does not seem fair, and they can not behave like this. The money on the account is mine, and I deserve to receive it as I have won in fairly.

We have won 40000 . They asked for documents and we presented them they now are saying they requested chargeback and money and account is terminated

I have account with betiton around 4 months. I have made 4 deposits as I remember in total of 310 euro. A month ago they asked me documents for verification and I sent them and they verified me. All the time I was playing sportsbeting on football, handball etc. Everything was fine untill 10 days ago when I made my FIRST EVER withdrawal of 700 euro. After that they closed my account and even I contacted them several times on chat they dont tell me anything except that they closed my account permanently and that they confiscated my money? I made a deposit and played sportsbeting on betiton. After placing several bets I had 900 euro. I asked for withdrawal. After 2 days I got email asking me documents for verification. I sent all documents they asked. Everything was fine until another 2 days when I tried to log in to my account but then my account was suspended. I contacted them on live chat and they told me that my account is closed and that they will refund my deposits and take my winnings. I asked them why, they told me manager decision and nothing more. After that they returned my 100 euro deposit back to my skrill account. I asked them several times what is the problem and they wont tell me, just manager decision. They took 800 euros from me! Can you please help me to get my remaining 800 euro? Thank you

the online betting site called betiton does not want to pay my withdrawal i deposited with two payment systems all of which were accepted the first with debit card the second with paypal platform I applied for a debit card withdrawal before but it was not accepted then I requested with paypal platform and this too is still waiting to be executed many days have passed since my request and at the moment betiton has not made the paymen we are talking about 7000 pounds I dont think it is right not to pay the winnings
