My experience as a 6-year VIP member BetfuryI've been a VIP-tier player on Betfury for over six years. This isn't a casual complaint I was one of their top-tier users, and my total losses over this period exceed $1.2 million USD.The issue that prompted this review: On their Limbo game, I found that the provably fair hash round was not changeable by the player the way I expected the system kept forcing the same sequence regardless of my attempts to change it. I reported this directly to Betfury as a bug/error. They did not agree to compensate me for the losses I incurred while this was happening, which I estimate at around $100,000 USD.Pattern of losses: From July 2025 to now, I did not have a single winning session across any game type I played, day after day, with no exceptions. I understand losing streaks are statistically possible, but the sheer consistency of it, combined with the unresolved Limbo issue, has left me convinced something is wrong with how these games are run. Based on my own experience and this pattern, I believe the games are rigged I want to be clear that this is my belief based on what I lived through, as I don't have independent technical proof such as an audit comparison.Support experience: When I raised these issues with support, responses were slow, repetitive, and unhelpful in resolving the dispute.
