BC.Game Casino - bet settlement problem
I placed a bet which team will win the most gold medals in the Olympics with odds 1.18, USA and China both had 40 gold. This casino is telling me that since both teams had 40 they divided that odd with 2 and only returned my money times 0.59. Thats crazy, all my friends who had the same bet their bet was marked as a won, because of the tie-breaker rule. I would have somehow understood if it would have been void/pushed and they just returned my stakes, but 0.59 back is just scamming. Please help me to get justice and get my money back this is stressing me a lot. I also had bets for 100m and 200m sprints that Shericka Jackson will win but she didnt take part at all for both of the sprints. I havent even got refunds from those and it's been almost 2 weeks :/

I made a bet with a event (tennis match) that was played normally, and they decided with no reason to cancel my bet. I contacted them by chat and they told me that they can cancel about without saying anything and with no reason, which is totally unfair and a real scam. i demand them to pay the money of the bet I won.

On Saturday, March 2, I won 5,000 USD, which is equivalent to 5,000,000 Chilean pesos, playing horse racing. In my account, the games won appear in green and with the balance collected as the winner.
but in my user account they never credited me with my winnings so I could later withdraw, balance 1 always appears in my gaming account and I do not have the available balance that I won in my balance.

The site in question is BC.GAME
They advertise on their site a deposit bonus. I opened an account their and recieved an email moments later offering a deposit bonus. I deposited and then they claimed that this bonus offer is no longer available. They still advertise it on their twitter page aswell.
