Hi, I'm really worried now as I have processed my withdrawal on the 26th of May. I was then asked to provide documents for verification on the 28th. I only got a response back on the 7th June to say I had been verified but they do not want to accept deposits as they do not deem it socially responsible. In the sane email I was told to wait a further 2-3 working days for my withdrawal to be processed and I will get an email confirmation. No email confirming withdrawal and no update/response from customer support. My account is now blocked so no live chat and the number says to use live chat. Please can you assist or advise what I need to do thank you I really appreciate it.

I withdrew £2000 on 6th Feb.Ihave sent countless emails and had several chat sessions on the site . Cannot get my money .it has been confirmed I have won it. I've sent in all my documents twice I've had withdrawals paid to me prior with no problems. I don't know how much more stress I can take from this casino.
