Hi Thepogg, I won 590 euros in Argo casino. I requested a withdrawal of 500 on May 1st and verified my account. A month later they still have not paid me. Live chat doesn't tell me anything, only to wait longer. I don't think they have any intention to pay me. I hope there is something you can do. Thank you

This casino is not paying me and I requested payout well over a week ago. I try and speak to support but they respond with an automated message and thats it.

Hello. I have a conflict with ArgoCasino. 07.06.2019 I made a deposit in ArgoCasino by payment system Skrill. I played with my deposit and wanted to get the money. I requested a withdrawal and passed verification. Argocasino informed me that I could not withdraw the money to Skrill. They said I have to provide another payment system. I addressed to Skrill company, they responded that Argoсasino had no restrictions. They can accept and pay the funds. After, I made a bank card to make an extra deposit and get the money. But I can 't make a deposit. The operator at the casino said the bank placed restrictions on my card. But that 's not true. I called the bank to clarify it. I 'm asking you to solve my problem and withdraw my money to Skrill.

I’ve got to win after my first deposit in Argo. I won 1 200, this is not small money for me. I got really disappointed when it was cancelled. They wrote me in the email on the 20th of July that my account was duplicate and that my win was cancelled because of that. What does that mean - duplicate? Of what??? My first account in this casino. I looked up their terms and found nothing that would justify what had happened. I am not gonna give up on the money I have won I would like to get it paid to me.

To whom it may concern, The casino I am having problems with is ArgoCasino. The reason is that I want to withdraw my money after winning which is not possible since I deposited with SOFORT ([EDIT]) but you only can withdraw there with VISA, skrill, neteller and Bitcoin. So I was told to make another deposit using one of those platforms, a withdrawal would be no problem then (I also have to full chat transcript). So far so good. Now the problem: Any method I used to deposit was blocked by their website. I talked to VISA (and got confirmation that the problem was the website not them), I deposited 20 EUR on my skrill account but I was also not allowed by skrill to deposit any money. Same for neteller. So my only option left to deposit money (to be able to withdraw the whole amount I won after) is Bitcoin. Which I dont want to use since I consider it unsafe and a gamble since I dont know how much it will be worth when I receive it. The fact that it was easy to deposit money with SOFORT but now very hard to withdraw since they only offer VISA, skrill, neteller and bitcoin (which are all blocked apart from bitcoin which is still did not try) shows me that something must be wrong there.
