All British Casino - Account Closure & Winnings Confiscation – False VPN Flag / Disproportionate Action
My account with All British Casino (L&L Europe Ltd) was closed and approximately £1,128 in legitimate winnings were confiscated. The operator claimed I used a VPN or “masking technique”. I did not use any VPN or proxy at any point. Following a Subject Access Request, the operator’s own login report shows: • All betting activity and my withdrawal request were made from my normal Irish residential IP (▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇). • A single brief login (12:53–12:54 on 07/12/2025) came from IP ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, which is consistent with mobile-network routing. • No bets, deposits, withdrawals, or gameplay occurred during that brief session. The operator misclassified this mobile-data IP as a VPN/masking technique. There is no evidence of deliberate cheating, multiple accounts, bonus abuse, or any fraudulent activity. My account is fully verified and compliant. The operator issued a “final decision” consisting only of a generic list of prohibited behaviours, without addressing the actual SAR data, without assessing proportionality, and without explaining how the brief mobile-network IP login constitutes deliberate misuse or cheating. Their own evidence does not support the conclusion reached, nor the decision to confiscate £1,128 in legitimate winnings. I request that CasinoReviews.com review the case and instruct the operator to reinstate my winnings.

All British Casino - False VPN Accusation
Hello, I am filing a formal dispute regarding All British Casino. My account was permanently closed and my winnings confiscated based on an incorrect allegation that I used a “VPN or IP masking technique.” I want to clearly state that I have **never used any VPN, proxy, or any IP-masking software** while accessing their website. All my sessions were made using my normal home connection. Their accusation is false. ### 🔹 **Account Details** Name: **▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇** DOB: **▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇** Email: **▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇** Address: **▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇** Total deposits refunded: **£425** Winnings confiscated: **£1,083** ### 🔹 **What happened** All British Casino informed me that their system detected “IP masking techniques.” They refused to provide any evidence, logs, or explanation, and simply closed my account and took my winnings. I asked them for: - Evidence of VPN/proxy detection - The exact Terms & Conditions clause they claim I breached - A manual review of my account They provided **no proof**, only a generic message. ### 🔹 **Why I am disputing** I did not break any rule of their Terms & Conditions. Their VPN accusation is unproven and unjustified. I believe the decision is either a **false detection** by their automated system or an **error**. ### 🔹 **What I am requesting** I request ThePOGG to review this case and assist in: 1. Requiring All British Casino to provide actual evidence of the alleged VPN use 2. Reinstating my forfeited winnings of **£1,083** 3. Ensuring a fair and transparent investigation I am ready to provide: - All email communication - Screenshots - Proof of identity and address - Any additional information needed Thank you for your assistance. Kind regards, **▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇**

All British Casino – unfair confiscation of winnings
Dear CasinoReviews Team, I am submitting this formal complaint regarding All British Casino (operated by L&L Europe Ltd), licensed under the Malta Gaming Authority (MGA). Here are the facts of my case: - I made a deposit of **£509** using my friend’s Skrill account because my own Skrill account was temporarily not working. - I played honestly and won fairly, reaching **£1,300** in winnings. - When I attempted to withdraw £292, the casino requested verification. I fully cooperated and submitted all required documents — both mine and my friend’s Skrill verification. - After checking all documents, they **approved them**, but later informed me that using a third-party payment method was against their Terms & Conditions. - As a result, they **banned my account**, **voided my winnings**, and **only refunded my deposit**. ### I understand that third-party payments are generally not allowed. However, I acted **in good faith** and with **no fraudulent intent**. I was **never warned or prevented from depositing** before playing — the casino **accepted the money, allowed me to gamble, and only raised the issue after I won.** This is very unfair and **against the spirit of responsible regulation under the UKGC and MGA**, which clearly state that **winnings should not be confiscated when there is no fraud or money laundering**. According to MGA’s fair play principles, a player’s winnings should not be forfeited solely because of a technical breach if the player acted transparently and cooperated fully. I therefore believe that the confiscation of my winnings is **disproportionate and unjust**, and I respectfully request that CasinoReviews review this matter and determine whether All British Casino’s actions comply with fair gaming and regulatory standards. All necessary correspondence and evidence (emails, verification requests, casino replies) can be provided upon request. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Kind regards, **▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇**

All British Casino – £3,000 withdrawal pending after self-exclusion (potential MGA Articles 13A & 29 issue)
On 26 June 2025 at 17:21 CET I requested a £3 000 withdrawal from All British Casino and simultaneously activated a permanent self-exclusion. Immediately afterward the cashier displayed the notice “Withdrawal Pending – Verification Required / Account ineligible for cash-out,” and a live-chat agent confirmed that no payment would be processed while the exclusion remained in place. I believe this blocks my funds in breach of MGA Directive 2/2018 Article 13A (1), which states that self-exclusion must not prevent withdrawals. That same evening I uploaded all Enhanced Due Diligence documents requested (passport, proof of address, bank-statement source-of-funds). The operator has acknowledged receipt and has not asked for anything additional. Despite this, the Complaints Officer has suggested the withdrawal may be delayed or blocked under Article 30 (2) for AML reasons but has not identified any specific AML or fraud trigger. The withdrawal remains pending. The five-working-day limit set by Article 29 (1) will expire on 3 July 2025. I am filing this complaint now to (1) secure independent oversight before that deadline, (2) obtain a clear statement of any outstanding AML concerns, and (3) ensure the £3 000 is released without undue delay.
