I tried to join sky city online casino today but they said agent spinner casino had me blocked from them and I don't want nor do I understand why... as this is a casino in my city as well as a new Zealand casino I would politely like to ask if agent spinner casino could please take all restrictions and blocks off my now closed account as the casino is now non operational I have seen. On 26 June 2020, I deposited a total of NZ$230 to www.agentspinner.com. I played a variety of online casino games and won a total of NZ$396.53. I then withdrew this entire amount. The following Monday (29 June 2020), I returned to the Agent Spinner website. The website had deleted my entire transaction history and any records relating to my account. I messaged Live Chat for assistance, as well as opening a complaint ticket – however, I have still not received a proper response to my complaint. I have still not received the amounts owed. My Complaint Despite numerous attempts, Agent Spinner has still not returned the amounts owed to me. I have raised a number of complaints and I am yet to receive any cooperation further than being informed, “my complaint is being considered”. Agent Spinner’s actions not only breach the terms between the player and the casino, but also have numerous alarming consequences for player safety and the integrity of the online casino industry. The casinos failure to show the transaction history and betting history effectively misrepresents the amount that is owed to a customer. Whether by intention or negligence, this misrepresentation has resulted in an improper confiscation of money owed to me. This [EDIT] also has a number of dangerous consequences for player safety. 6.3.2020 i registered to this site. Then accepted the welcome bonus and deposed 100 euros to the casino. Almost immediately after the deposit i got banned of the casino before even able to play a single spin. After that i contacted the support about the matter. I sent them all asked documents and after that waited a long time. I sent multiple emails to support and was in livechat about the current situation with verification. 26.4.2020 i got an email which states that my account stays locked and i cant get my money back. Because "13.4 The Company may refuse to open an account or may opt to close a players' account which has already been opened at its own discretion. Notwithstanding this all contractual obligations already undertaken or entered into will be honoured subject to these Terms." I went to livechat after this and the agent claimed that i have spent my 100 euros to slots and after that they cancelled my bonus. This is not true since i didnt even get to play one spin at the casino. So they basically stole my 100 euros right after the deposit. I waited almost 2 months just to get informed that they wont return my money and falsely claim that i have played my money.

Hello, 10/03/2020 i made 100€ debosit in Agentspinner casino and I won 291,20€. I tried to make withdraw and it was cancelled. Also my account was blocked. I got email where they asked me to send proof of payment and bank statement. I send. Then I got email that my account was verified but my account was still blocked. Then I got blank full of questions. They asked how much I get salary, what is my job, do I rent houses. They asked me to send my payslip, bank statement, proofment of payment from my house wich I rent, ID-card and proofment of address. I send them all. My account was blocked. Then they asked me to send phone bill for 3 months to them. I told them that I didn't pay my phone bill myself, so I can't send it to them. Their customer sercive said that they will forward this message to security team. About week after that customer service send me email where they asked that phone bill again. I gave them same answer as earlier.. My account is blocked. Customer service can't answer me questions about security check what's going on. And they said that I can't get straight contact to security team. What should I do? Is this Agentspinner casino working appropriametly?

Deposited 100€ with the welcome bonus on 12th of March. Wagered the bonus and won 2138€. Filed a withdrawal and shortly after casino asked for verification documents. I sent all the docs asked for and waited the maximum of 72h being processed. After that they asked for more detailed documents after documents and I sent them all. After each document sent I had to wait the 72h and ask through the chat to get things done. It's been almost 4 weeks now and no end in sight.

No reply when asked reason. I told that account closing without reason is not cheap thing and attached picture of game "Finn & swirly spin" and its 40 keys (times freespins activated)..
